Grosse déception… nous sommes arrivés dans l’hôtel et la chambre est pas trop comme en travaux ou d’un autre temps.. la déco doit être refaite d’urgence et les chambres sont à rafraîchir de toute urgence. Bref dsl mais je ne sais pas comment ils ont 9,2

The staff was exceptional, especially Miriam. A quick check-in at the reception and nice orientation for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.
The bathroom and water closet were very tight on space, with very little room to maneuver, a serious inconvenience. We were also not aware that there is no elevator! Be prepared for climbing stairs.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et des arènes. Pour la maison carrée, il suffit de traverser le vieux centre ville, en 10 ou 15 minutes.
A mon arrivee (debut mars), l'hotel est calme et on m'attribue une chambre deux categories au dessus de ce que j'avais réservé. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse. Tout est très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel 3*, pour le prix d'un 2*.
Seuls points à prendre en compte: en cas de handicap, il faut les appeler avant parce qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, l'hôtel compte 2 étages, les escaliers sont larges. La réceptionniste a proposé de monter mes valises pour m'éviter l'effort. Et comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels, malgré des portes neuves et sécurisées, on entend les clients dans le couloir, qui sont parfois bruyants

Séjour d'une nuit. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et dans un bonne état. Salle de bain petite. Entrée sécurisée mais pas facile de se garer en plus places payantes avant 19h et après 9h. Ensemble calme
