Academy Plaza Hotel

In Dublin for the rugby. Excellent service with double room ready to check into at 11 am which we didn't expect. Room was top rate, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel or have any drinks at the bar but couldn’t fault the staff or facilities.

Reception was getting done up so a bit of noise. Outside there was quite a bit of rubbish and smells. Get past that inside was fine, bar and coffee stand were both enjoyable

Excellent hotel in a great area our third time here would go back again . Easy to get to from airport. Used hop on hop off bus to get around

Room is noisy due to the bar from the next building. Front of the hotel is dark at night, a lot of people are hanging out at the front of the bar beside the hotel.

Keine Begrüssung oder Verabschiedung durch Lobbypersonal. Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Das Hotel war im Umbau begriffen. Ein paar Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel an unserem Abreisetag über Weihnachten für zwei Wochen schliesst und wir uns um die Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zum Abbflug selber zu kümmern hätten.

This hotel is not on the busy street but with one minute walk, you can get to all the stores, restaurants and transportation. It's quiet at night. You have to pay for parking, but it's discounted by staying at the hotel, and it's only two minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the stay!

No fridge made it difficult.

호텔 위치는 어퍼 오코넬 스트리트 꼭대기, 리빙룸 펍 바로 옆에 있습니다. 에어코치 정류장에서 도보 5분 미만이며, 공항 가는 에어코치 정류장도 도보 5분 미만입니다. 3박 예약을 했었는데, 개인 일정으로 1박만 머물렀습니다. 12시쯤 도착했는데, 방이 준비되어서 바로 체크인할 수 있었고, 수하물 보관 등 아주 친절하게 처리해주었습니다. 조식 또한 간단하지만 배불리 먹을 수 있도록 잘 준비되었습니다. 더블린 다시 가면 무조건 다시 예약할 예정입니다. 호텔 깔끔하고 너무 좋았어요!!

Upon arrival to our hotel I approached the reception desk and asked to check in, the receptionist looked blankly at me and didnt respond as expected. We did arrive early and expected to use the luggage room but were advised the room was ready, so this was useful. There were removation works ongoing, of which we were not informed of prior to our visit. Once we dropped our bags to our room, we left our room amd headed to the lifts, the fire alarm sounded which was quite alerting. We then used the stairs and found it was a test, the receptionist did not make us aware of this and a A4 size notice was on one wall on ground level. Staff at reception I feel should have told us about this at check in. Our room was modern and very nice but was cold. The heating didnt work properly but we were only there for 1 night, so didnt see help to resolve this as we took winter clothes with us. Someone also walked in our room at 7.30 and woke us up. They then left the room and the door didn't close properly, i dont know who entered the room. A cleaner knockee at 9am to which check out is 11am, they said they would return later.

Hotel com boa localização. Cafe da manha razoavel. Tivemos problemas no primeiro quarto, com o aquecimento. O hotel disponibilizou outro quarto no outro dia. Nos trouxe um aquecedor portátil, que nao aqueceu o ambiente. No outro quarto a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento
