It is a very nice hotel. It has everything we needed to spend some days in Florence, and many tourist attractions were within walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast where the buffet had plenty of choices. The hotel looked clean and well-maintained.

Very old equipment and furniture, super small room with lots of mirrors. Extremely poor sound proof. We can hear easily from corridor and upstairs. The room I got seemed not the one with bath tub I saw when I made my reservation. The flush of toilet didn’t work well. The shower room was too small to stand aside to wait for water becoming hot even though I am already very small. People who like antique style might enjoy it but not for me. However, personnel are nice and breakfast was great, but I will definitely skip it next time.

Amazing stay! staff was so friendly, especially our bartender that also worked the breakfast buffet. he took such good care of us and remembered our orders! great spot, walking distance from the market centrale. small showers, but aside from that room was cozy!

How could it be a 4 stat hotel?! I guess even motel would be more clean and better. Terrible bed and mattress! Let me not talk about the look of the bathroom and shower! Thank God we were just there for 2 nights and not worth to change. Staff were nice, breakfast was good. But seriously how could it be 4 star!!!!

Der lugtede meget slemt af skimmel på badeværelset, men det blev der ikke gjort noget ved. Bagbeklædningen i brusekabinen var ikke fastgjort til væg samt kunne det høres, at der var hulrum bag beklædningen - måske det var der lugten kom fra ellers fra kloaken, hvor pladen over hul i gulv var i stykker.
Bruser i loft virkede ikke- så kun håndholdt bruser.
Hvis man vil have spejle, der går helt til loft må man finde en måde at få dem rengjort på - det var nok et stykke tid siden disse var rengjorte.
Alt i alt syntes jeg, det kun var et tre stjernet hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions within this amazing city. The morning breakfast was an added joy to the start of my day. The nightcaps in the bar allowed for amazing conversations with wonderful people.

Great hotel with a nice bar and 4th floor outdoor patio, lots of nice seating and reading nooks hidden everywhere. 10 minute walk from duomo and main attractions.
