Excellent hotel in Chianti area. Great pool area and bar. Restaurant next door (Osteria) was superb. Front desk staff very helpful

We stayed at this property for a wedding. This hotel is not close to any major museums or attractions. It’s about a 25 minute one way taxi ride to Florence. The taxi fare is very expensive, so you will need a lot of euros. Other option is to rent a car from the Florence airport. The property turns off the A/C during the winter months, so it was extremely hot in the room. The room was clean but you may see a bug or two if you open up the balcony doors. Breakfast was complimentary and free WiFi. Staff was overall nice but limited English.

Premesso che, avendo il mio impegno a Mercatale alle 6,30 di domenica mattina, sono arrivato a questo hotel scartando le soluzioni più vicine, mi ritengo tuttavia più che soddisfatto della scelta. Non mi è stato possibile usufruire della colazione di domenica, supplita comunque da un cestino più il caffè che mi sono preparato in camera grazie al bollitore. Luogo molto comodo da raggiungere, anche dalla superstrada. Abbiamo consumato la cena nel ristorante a fianco, indipendente dall'hotel, seguendo le indicazioni nella hall dell'hotel stesso.

Buona struttura "di compromesso" rinnovata di recente, a ridosso della superstrada Firenze-Siena, senza pero' esserne negativamente influenzata (la superstrada non si vede, ma si sente se si aprono le finestre di alcune camere). Carina la zona piscina anche se non molto grande. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Colazione a buffet discreta ed inclusa nel prezzo del pernottamento. In breve, va bene come punto di partenza per escursioni nel Chianti e a Firenze. Se si vuole il resort immerso nella campagna toscana bisogna andare altrove.

Everything was quite nice about the property. We took a train from Rome to Florence. But it was almost impossible to get to the hotel from Florence. No train, no bus, Uber was non-existent, a taxi was 70 euros. So, if you are going here without a car, you need to rent one. Once we had a car, everything was great.

The hotel is very close to highway exit, that is very convenient for us. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. There’s a vineyard next to the hotel. We walked over to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The staff was wonderful. We had a late check in and the first thing they asked was if we had our evening meal. The restaurant next door was about to close, so they called and asked them to wait for us, which they happily did. Great experience
