My apartments are sparkling clean where we use white Bedsheets and change after every checkout to maintain the HYGIENE. Cleanliness is our top priority. We are available to assist you during you stay. We shall personally meet you at your arrival time, show you the facilities to be used freely, guide you during your stay.

We provide a fully furnished apartment (Airbnb Style) where you will have fully access to all the basic facilities in apartment which will give you a feel of your own home. My place fully furnished 3 bed rooms apartment and had been decorated well.Located at Bukit Bintang - the hub in Kuala Lumpur,

Facilities

*Gym, Swimming Pools, children pool, Children Playground and BBQ. *This building is protected with 24-hour security, including surveillance at the guard house, lobby entrances , elevators, car park and surrounding. The apartment equipped with HIGH SPEED internet / WiFi. -The living room comes with TV set, sofa, a small table. -Kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, cooker hood, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator , cutlery & glassware and a dining table.

Things to Note

**Smoking allowed ONLY at BALCONY** **Please ask for my PERMISSION before booking to host event or parties** Kindly switch off all lights , air-con and electrical appliance not in used.- Please keep noise levels low after 10pm. -Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. -Please give the apartment the same respect like you would give to your own home. -No crazy drunk drinking will be allowed. Casual and respectful drinking allowed. -Kindly switch off all lights , air-con and electrical appliance not in used. -Guest will be liable for any damage/ loss item in the apt. -Lost of apt keys/ access card / facilities card cost MYR 200.00. -Guest should keep the apartment as clean as possible. Cleaning fee of RM 150.00 in the event of an extremely dirty apartment and massive clean up needed
