Thank you to Cora and the team for looking after us. They were all happy to help. The apartments themselves are a little dated and the pictures showing the views over the lake do not reflect the reality…they were probably taken several years ago before buildings went in between. However, it is well situated, only a short walk from town and was good value compared to other accommodation in Queenstown.

The accommodation was very roomy, separate bathroom, bedroom and large kitchen/living room. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. The bed was very comfy and we both slept well. It was a shame that overall the accommodation was a little tired. The basin in the bathroom was cracked, the toilet did not flush well and the floor was very sticky. Location was good, only 10 minutes walk into town.

We stayed in a ground floor 1 bed unit. Whilst they provided average amenities it was comfortable. The accomodation is located a 10 min walk out of town itself which we found no issue. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed a fun stay over new years celebrations.

While the staff are helpful and the location very good, our unit was very outdated. The plumbing in the bathroom was very slow but the shower as hot. We had to put towels down to walk on the bathroom floor as it was so sticky, even socks would stick to it.

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The apartment itself was average. The bathroom gave off the impression of being a hospital bathroom. The shower curtain did not contain any water so the bathroom mat was soaking after the first use. There was also poor ventilation so the entire bathroom got damp after a shower. The parking lot was incredibly narrow and very difficult to park.

A fantastic location within walking distants to central Christchurch. While the bathroom was dated it was clean and comfortable. A heated towel rail an unexpected bonus.
The stairs outside need attention as they are not secure.

トレッキングの前後に宿泊しました。フロントが閉まっている時間のチェックイン/アウトや荷物預かりなど、フロントの方が分かりやすく対応してくれて助かりました。とてもフレンドリーで、ありがとうございました！
部屋はリビングキッチンと寝室が分かれていて、過ごしやすいです。前半に泊まった1階のはWiFiがほぼ使えず、後半の2階ではOKでした。
夜中に付近で道路工事がありうるさかった点と、ベッドが自分たちには柔らかすぎたこと以外は、満足でした。
