To make this possible, here are the property guidelines you may need to comply with before checking-in: A non-refundable sanitation fee is required upon check-in in the amount of 400PHP/per night. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, this property can only accept bookings from fully vaccinated guests. Vaccination certificates and/or other documents as required by law must be presented at check-in. Please contact the property for more information. This property cannot currently accept quarantine stays, or any guests undergoing official quarantine. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of the room booked. Please contact the property for more information. All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The property does not allow joiners or visitors In compliance with Philippine Executive Order 26 passed by the national government, smoking is now strictly prohibited within all public and enclosed spaces. This includes restaurants, function spaces, and guest rooms on all floors. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. OFFICIAL RECEIPT REQUEST Please be informed that Reddoorz (the Company) is employing centralized approach in the issuance of BIR- registered receipt to all our guest across the Philippines regardless of payment method (Pay at Hotel, Credit Card Payment or Bill to Client). This letter serves as a formal notice to you that our Company fully supports and comply with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). In order to avoid inconvenience, kindly inform the hotel front desk upon arrival or check in for processing of the official receipt. Official Receipt Policy Scanned copy official receipt will be issued to you within 24-48 hours after complete verification and validation which will be sent via email. If you require a physical copy of the receipt, our Company will send directly to your preferred address within 3-5 days for Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila, kindly provide your contact details to the hotel front desk. Please do take note that requirements may change from time to time without prior notice.
