Hotel Alpenblick is super cozy! A 5 minute walk from the starting point to the journey towards the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. With a “mountain view” room you get an amazing look at the Matterhorn itself. Fabien at reception was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. He took us to the train station at 7:45 AM so we could make the Glacier Express. He was also very easy to talk to and made great conversation. Although we only stayed 1 night, it was still a fabulous place to stay. Their breakfast was also delicious and is typically included in your stay. Thank you, Hotel Alpenblick!

Fabulous location for the trams and hiking/biking up to the Matterhorn. The gentleman at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the nicest we had in 3 weeks in Europe. They offered luggage storage as well. We loved having a balcony/terrace that looked up to the Matterhorn. We loved staying here.

The room is spacious and clean but the shower area is small and narrow that it’s hard to move! There’s a patio with the Matterhorn backdrop, that’s lovely!

I got a room with a kitchen so it was helpful as we made a couple of quick meals. Unfortunately, the view is of construction next door. Also, had to walk down a few flights of stairs which was ok for us but would be hard for someone who is elderly with luggages. Breakfast was delicious with ample selections. About 15 minutes from train station slight uphill. Overall, a great place to stay in zermatt and would recommend.

Little bit of a walk from the train station, but fun to see the town during the walk! Just could be more challenging if you had a lot of rolling luggage. Beds/pillows decently comfortable. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was great, had the best options out of any hotel we stayed at in Switzerland. View of Matterhorn from the room which was a pleasant surprise!

We enjoyed the comfortable srudio apartment with a view of the Matterhorn from our patio. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helüful. We did need to carry suitcases down several flights of stairs, not a problem for us as we travel light. We saved a öot cooking our own dinners.

This is a lovely little hotel. We got a good breakfast. Comfy bed but best of all we had a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn when we woke up in the morning. Wish we had stayed a bit longer.
