Hotel Laudinella

The hotel was being remodeled so we’re moved to another. No restaurant, no room service, and the shower was 2/3rds the size of a phone booth. Quite ackward.

Bin jedes Jahr zum Wintersport in St. Moritz und am liebsten im Laudinella. Komfortable und saubere Zimmer, Essensauswahl (z.B. Indisch oder Italienisch), freier Eintritt in die Therme und keine Parkgebühren.

Fint hotell i gangavstand til Signalbahn. Skiutleie på nabohotell. Greie rom med gode senger. Veldig bra frokost. Flott resepsjon/bar-område og god service. Litt minus for dyrt drikkevatn i italiensk restaurant.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer und der Frühstücksraum sind im Winter überheizt - hier könnte man Heizkostem sparen. Relativ wenige PP vorhanden. Im Winter/Schneegestöber werden die Autos von links und von rechts so eng zu zugeparkt, dass man nicht mehr in seinen Wagen einsteigen kann...

Sehr netter rascher Empfang, sauberes helles Zimmer. Umbau der Lobby wunderbar und sehr heimelig. Sehr nettes Barpersonal, ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Hello Expedia, This is regarding Itinerary # 72527315933031. We booked two rooms for two days at Hotel Laudinella in St.Moritz, Switzerland from 10 to 12 June. I initially contacted you on 4th June regarding cancellation of one room, explaining the situation of my parents, who are senior citizens and were tired after sightseeing and travel in the US and were unable to travel to Switzerland. Expedia spoke to the Hotel and informed me that the hotel is not accepting cancellation. Then I called the hotel directly and the lady initially said that I can speak to the manager once I am there at the Hotel on 10 June. When I reached the Hotel on 10th, I explained the previous discussion had with Expedia and the hotel staff and I told him that we are only two adults with one child and we need only one room. He did not entertain the request and gave me the keys for two rooms. He said that he cannot do anything and the people in the reservation desk already left for the day and I will have to wait till next morning. Next morning, I enquired for the reservation desk, but the lady at the reception called a number and asked me to talk to the person on phone line, saying that the other person on the line is from the reservation team. The lady on the phone line rejected my request citing Expedia rules do not permit to refund/credit. So, Expedia is blaming the hotel and hotel is blaming Expedia. I request you to look into the problem and issue a credit so that I can use it later.

While the room was big, the power sockets around the room was poorly positioned around the room. There were either no shelves near the power socket or the table was far too low from the power socket. It felt as though the hotel never gave thought about such basic needs.

Neue Zimmer sind Top . Lobby wunderschön und sehr einladend. Top Klasse . Alte Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Clean room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Overall, I am a highly satisfied customer.

Great property and very spacious for European hotels! The wood appearance, the stenciling, the fireplace in the main area , all felt very “ski lodgy “ and charming. Again our room was very large and spacious compared to other European hotels. My disappointment , the spa area was closed for a couple weeks and that’s one of the reasons I had selected this hotel bc as an American, I wanted to experience a European hotel spa and the full experience. 😞. The breakfast was plentiful ! Of all the places I could have selected with a hotel spa. I understand of course that maintenance and upkeep have to occur but I couldn’t help but feel disappointed and sad that that had to happen during her one night I was there. I would certainly stay there again though!

Tranquillo, colazione strepitosa, cena a buffet molto buona

Camera superior con balcone, grande, Confortevole e silenziosa, forse avrei aggiunto già le ciabattine in camera e una macchina del caffè Nespresso. Personale cortese, pulizia perfetta! Grande lobby con camino e bar, presenza di vari ristoranti nell’hotel, super comodo! Colazione super e parcheggio gratuito. What else! Molto ma molto consigliato!

Hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Naehe See, Hallenbad, Sportaktivitaeten. Beeindruckende Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer aus. Restaurants mit ausgezeichneter Kueche in Hotel integriert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgewaehltes Zimmer sauber vielleicht etwas klein.

In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss an der Bergstation

Superou todas as minhas expectativas. O quarto amplo é muito confortável. Ponto de ônibus em frente que facilita o acesso a qualquer lugar da cidade. Durante a nossa visita pegamos -11 graus, mas os quartos são muito bem aquecidos, inclusive o banheiro.

ich war schon mehrfach im Laudinella, finde es wirklich toll, Lage ist klasse, fußläufig zur Signalbahn, Bus ist ums Eck, Essen in den Restaurants ist super.....gerne wieder

Mussten Zimmer wechseln wegen Modergeruch

Kjempehyggelig og hjelpsomt personale, stort og fint hotell med alt man trenger! Kjempegode restauranter og hotellet var nærme alt fra alpinanleggene og St.Moritz sentrum. Kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd! Anbefales!!!

Without a vehicle you must use their dining which is connected to the bar- very noisy and a very limited menu choices.
