Un excelente lugar para hospedarse en zurich. La estacion de tren queda en frente y se hacen 20 min a la estacion central de zurich. Magnifico para quien no quiera quedarse en la ciudad

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were also very nice and helpful, especially the lady named Hilal, she made us feel very welcomed.
Area isn’t amazing as there aren’t many good places to eat around it and the town itself isn’t very lively but there is a cheap train that goes straight to Zurich which is walking distance from it

The hotel is very nice, but something is wrong with their IT system. The online check in doesn’t work properly. I had to do the check in again at the reception. There I got a key for a room which was already occupied by another guest. How unprofessional!
Nice thing to know: Free parking outside from 8pm to 8am.

The hotel downgraded our room without any prior notice. When I spoke to reception, they simply said there was an issue and that they had tried to contact me, but didn’t have my details because I booked through Hotels com. I was very disappointed and told them that had I known, I could have made arrangements at another hotel. Their response was that I could cancel and rebook elsewhere if I was unhappy, which felt incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially since it was already too late to find another option.

Very noisy with sounds from train, autos, people dining in restaurants below, and the conference room. My wife and I had difficulty sleeping.
I paid for a room with lake view but the half of the view is blocked by the train station building and trees, the the other half I can only see the lake through many electrical cables. Not worth the value we paid for.

We check in on Sept. 5, 2024 thru Sept. 09, 2024. The whole experience was really amazing. The Manager Hilal did a very awesome customer care. The hotel was clean and we had a great view by the lake. The breakfast and the staff was all just perfect. I will recommend Yarn to all my friends who will visit Zurich. Great in everything. 2 minutes walk to the train stations. Will sure be book again in the Yarn! Thank you again Hilal for your superb customer service.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. 2minutes walk from train station. Easy access to everywhere. Very good breakfast. The room are very clean and spotless. Close to the lake which has a good view. Happy with my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was out of the main Zürich area, so we found it quieter but we could easily catch a train wherever we needed. We stayed for two nights, then went to Maienfeld, then came back to stay. They kept our bags overnight for us for no charge which was really nice. They even left us chocolates in our new room on our return. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Highly recommend.

Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es doch eine Rezeption (von 09:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr). Nutzung des Hotels nur digital möglich, keine Zimmerschlüssel oder Karte. Das ständige Einwählen im Smartphone mit den Zugangsdaten nervend. Eingang zur Tiefgarage unübersichtlich. Zimmer mit Blick auf den See beinhaltet auch Bahnhofsathmosphäre, da der Bahnhof genau gegenüber liegt, genauso wie der Fähranleger. Zimmer aber geräumig genug, Umgebung aber ziemlich laut.

Very friendly staff, the admin literally walked with us to show where parking was. The hotel is super clean. I believe they just finished renovations. It’s located right next to the train station, which is convenient as you can take the train to Zurich, Zurich airport and other areas around. But it is far enough from the main church, which is a plus because the bell goes off every hour, even at night, and I personally didnt hear it in my sleep.
