The pictures are old and the property does not look as advertised. There is mold in the bathrooms. It needs a proper renovation. They can only charge the prices they charge beacuse of the location but besides that I would never stay here or refer it to friends.

Overall, was very nice. Had a great big flat with 4 bathrooms and a large living room.
Some things were broken though: a lamp needed fixing on the first day, and the sink in the kitchen was not properly mounted. Otherwise it was great!

När vi kom var det inte ordentligt städat o det fanns inga handdukar. Vill tillägga att vi kom 2 am och vill man bara ta en dusch och gå o lägga sig.
Under hela vistelsen var det krångel med städningen. Vi fick ringa för att få rummet städat och flera dagar var det ändå inte städat när vi kom hem på kvällen, och då var vi ute hela dagarna.
När det väl var städat fattades det handdukar, te, kaffe, duschkräm ect. Många samtal varje dag ner till receptionen. Kommunikationen mellan receptionen och övrig personal verkade inte fungera.
Boendet i sig var ganska slitet. Vi fick först ett rum som allt var trasigt i. Det nya rummet var bättre men inte bra standard och speciellt inte badrummen.
Vi stannade 10 nätter, fick städat max 3 gånger och lakarna blev aldrig bytta. Till slut tröttnar man på att ringa receptionen och klaga.

It was a pleasure staying at the Blue Beach Tower. Especially the location is nice and really friendly staff.
However, don't expect to be able to cook "at home" as the kitchen is very badly equipped.
I would happily visit again.

The apartments are very good, extremely spacious and nice change from staying in a hotel.
The views from the balcony were stunning and the pools great.
The location is perfect with the beach only a 5 (if that) minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Where the hotel let itself down for us were two incidents.
1. We came back to the apartment at 8:30 on our last evening to find the front door wide open. No member staff was inside, so basically anyone could have walked in and helped themselves to our stuff. So security is non existent and I would ensure you lock anything of value away before leaving the apartment. Having had the incident investigated, our apartment door was left wide open from 7:15pm in the evening until we closed it on our return at 8:30pm. Our belongings were exposed to potential theft by Blue Beach staff for over 75 minutes.
2. When we were checking in, we had to wait 80 minutes passed the official check in time as the apartment was not ready. What was infuriating was we kept being told 10 minutes it will be ready. To add salt to the wound, we were then asked to confirm we would be checking out by a certain date as they were busy. So we had not even checked in, did not have a room and the hotel was more interested in ensuring we were not staying past the booked dates.
It would have been great stay had it not been rather poor checkin experience and potential of all our stuff being nicked.

Dejligt sted med høfligt personale. De var meget behjælpelige - især skal det nævnes at rengøringen var rigtig god og de var meget service mindede. Dhili som hjalp og ud med kufferterne på afgangsdagen var specielt rigtig sød og behjælpelig.

Great stay, some of the bathrooms in the suite had issues, like one of the tubs was cracked,it should have been replaced. Not all bathrooms had hand towels, the pool tiles in areas were cracking etc. but overall the property is great and would stay again.

Room was enormous. Great position to walk within all of JBR and the marina as well as the monorail / tram further afield. Staff were great and views from all higher levels awesome of beach and marina.

Everything was great, including how staff communicated, facilities (gym and pool), check in and checkout, parking and ease of use, fast response from registration.
A few subtle issues:
- the building seems old, for example the thermostat in the room was a very old manual one
- room was not very clean, we did see a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms once.
- the location of the building is too far from dubai center. This might be a benefit for others but is an issue if you are coming for business.

The hotel was nice the breakdast was really good one of the swimming pools was closed which we werent aware of until arrival the room was huge but could do with a bit of updating / maintenance it was very clean bit some things were worn and just looked a bit old
