The hotel was terrible. The chemical oder in the room was so bad my eyes were watering. We had to leave. The outside area was dirty and trash was everywhere.

Horrible beds that made it impossible to sleep. Woke up to puddle of water from the fridge. Bad karaoke and loud music from the tiki club. The check in process was not clear - emails and text messages requesting pictures and IDs to be submitted online. I was not comfortable sending that online. The phone number provided is for texting and there is no one you can "talk" with. I got not response to my texts.

They texted me my id was expired and charged me even though I could stay bc of my expired id

It’s after 9 pm. After 12 plus hours of driving I didn’t want to hear the tiki bar outside blasting music. Also there’s not enough parking spots.

Some equipments are old and dirty. The laundry and gym are small.

Property is a bit rough around the edges but acceptable. Tiki bar was a plus; bartenders Athena (inside) and Cheryl (outside) made us feel right at home.

Bad stay. Rooms smelled like cleaning products. Very strong odor. As a result, I had to check out at 8 PM that first evening and go to a different hotel. Also, I was charged for two nights instead of the one night, which was intended.

Check in was a mess. When I booked the stay they said the front desk was unmanned and they would email me a code for the door. (oh, and they wanted a copy of each guest's ID before they would let me check in too??) The day I arrived they told me the front desk would give me a key. The elevator wasn't working, the front desk didn't know the elevator wasn't working and didn't know where my room was. They gave me a physical key and you really have to jimmy it into the lock to get it to open. What year is it that we are still using physical keys for hotel rooms?? It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. They have check out instructions? I'm not doing dishes or taking out the trash at a hotel. I prefer hotels to Airbnbs *precisely* because I am not interested in doing chores on my vacation. No room service, no hotel phone, Housekeeping was an additional charge. The room I reserved was for a 1st floor suite with a patio. The room I got was not on the 1st floor, there was no patio (just one sad little chair and table outside the hotel room door) and the room was gross. Furniture was falling apart, the bed was flat, the toilet didn't really work and kept running all night. The walls are thin and you can hear every door open and close. At least it came with a microwave and a decent-ish sized fridge? You get what you pay for I guess. This is what happens when you book a no-name hotel I suppose.

The tiki bar music was too loud playing until after midnight. Regulars locals take up the entire tiki bar area and are very rude to anyone who isn’t local. Since it’s on the property of the hotel I would think it was setup for the guests and not the local drinkers who are not staying at the hotel

This hotel needs some serious improvements! I've complained about the noise and banging on walls and knocking on doors in the middle of the night but the staff doesn't help to resolve anything. Most importantly, I can't stress this enough, the beds are falling apart and the dishes are always disgusting. The hotel requires the guest to take out the trash and do dishes and they dont even supply anything to clean the dishes with which causes them to be put away dirty for the next guest. I dont recommend staying here! save your money.

Unclean, unsafe, truly going down hill. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. I promise you won’t sleep very well, if it’s not the noise it’ll be because the bed is falling inward or falling apart.

Staff is unwilling to help and is never in the front desk even if they were willing to help. Noisy neighbors and banging on doors and walls through the night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and there was a problem almost every time. If it’s not because of noisy neighbors it’s because something doesn’t work. The staff is unable to help. On one trip the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. I only kept staying here cause of the conscience it brought. But my last stay was truly the worst. There was a lady in the room next to me shouting nonsense all night and banging on the walls and slamming doors. I was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Don’t recommend staying here if you actually want a peaceful night.
