Trip was very nice. For some reason at 2am I got up and room was at 60 degree's. So I opened the door and check how cold it was in hallway. Seemed as cold as in room so I did not complain and wake up wife while doing so. Besides that very nice place and will return.

There is really nothing more to say than.. AMAZING!
This hotel was absolutely splendid! Really enjoyed the stay. Really sweet and helpful people - both at the check-in and the restaurant. Really delicious breakfast.
The room was stylish, clean and tidy. I would definitely go back! If I could give 10 stars - I would do!

There is no heat in the rooms. It was 63 degrees in the morning inside my room. The hotel has air conditioning but no heat

Excellent hotel in the prime location of Key West. This trip was a part of a longer trip and this hotel was the best out of the other places we stayed. I was a bit skeptical due to some poor reviews but we had no issues with anything. The room was specious and clean. The hotel has nice pool and deck area. Check in was easy. They have parking for $35 a day. The hotel is not cheap but there is nothing cheap in Key west. If you planing to stay in prime location be ready to pay big buck.

I went with my son for a short Christmas getaway. We stayed in one room with 2 Queen beds. The room was nice but it needed updating, particularly the bathroom. It was not worth the price we paid for one night. I have stayed at other autograph collection hotels and spent half the price and the rooms were much nicer. The hotel itself was very nice and in a great location.

The facility was under construction and the pool was not available. Fire alarms went off 9 times during our 4 day stay - twice in the middle of the night. Construction workers all around the facility and our floor reeked of fresh paint, every day. Upon arrival we were informed of an additional “resort fee” charge, something else not disclosed on booking. Management tried to argue that everything was “routine maintenance.”
