Great place to stay but the door by the parking doesn’t open very well and it was very cold out, I had to have another guest help me cause I couldn’t figure it out so hopefully that gets fixed or maybe just put some instructions cause the lights don’t work everytime other then that the stay was the best. I will definitly be coming back again for another stay. This was my 2nd stay there and it has been good every single time. Staff is very friendly too and very helpful and understanding. Would recommend staying here

Property is outdated with many non-working options. I was locked out of the hotel for more than 10 minutes in the snow and ice because the guest entrance door key lock wouldn’t work. This happened multiple times. The door key to our room was also finicky. The TV would turn on but we couldn’t watch television, and the room was very dark even with all lights on. We were very disappointed. I didn’t rate the staff as I did not see any staff members during the stay. The breakfast was very basic and consisted of hard muffins, cereal, waffles and oatmeal. Would not recommend.

The staff at front desk was very unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel, I was charged for the room and didn’t even get to spend the night there because the person at the front desk was having a bad day and refused to provide service….. Stay away from this please…..I booked with Expedia but they WILL NOT HELP YOU on getting your money back or getting you a different hotel.

Perfect for a no frills, low cost option for a one night stay. Clean, new carpet and paint in hall and rooms. Tub faucet leaked so we had to listen to the constant drip.

Did not like that there was extra flight of stairs to get to any room from parking lot. They didn’t have any first floor rooms available so we had even more stairs

Clean Comfortable hotel. No real complaints. Walls are a little thin and there’s no elevator to higher levels so if you can’t do stairs, probably not a great option. Would stay here again.
