did not have any toilet paper soap, body wash shampoo anything in the shower. told the staff about it and they didn’t do anything until I complained again that there was no amenities in the room

Issue with plumbing in sink. Hot water facet cross connected, no carpet on living area floor and floor was dirty. Will not use this hotel in the future. Dr. Kenneth Brown

We have visited this Double Tree a few times now and I have no complaints! I love this brand from the super comfortable bedding to the upscale soaps and shampoo!

Warm and friendly desk staff. Convenient restaurant on site with full breakfast. Rooms and property were in excellent condition. Will definitely stay again.

It was really hot all through the halls and lobby I spent $200 for a room and did not get a cookie then the lady at night said they didn't have any towels until the next day which i later found out was a lie

I liked that there was parking and the interior of the hotel was neat and inviting. I really enjoyed seeing a “welcome” note on the TV Screen.

The only thing that was wrong with the room was the Wi-Fi this week and the TV paused

Great stay

The ONLY day housekeeping came to our room was the last day, which was the only day we were able to sleep late. They woke us up at 10 on the dot. We have had NO TOWELS, and they have refused to give us any to shower with on our last day (so I am leaving WITHOUT A SHOWER) after we had to use all of our towels to sop up water that condensed all over the hard floor on our first night in a thunderstorm. The service has been terrible the whole time. We checked in to a half prepared room with no body wash or hand soap and items left out all over the desk. The bed is painful and a spring poked me all night in one place. There are only two slow functioning elevators for the whole property and anytime you needed to get to your room you had to wait ten minutes in line. This was supposed to be a nice hotel and cost my teacher income household dearly. I have never hated a hotel stay this much.

Service was abysmal. Was given a room with an air conditioning unit that clanked and made it impossible to sleep. Also broken. They had to get a replacement unit and it took forever and the room was unusable they need to refund all of my money

Elevators out of order and not clean and missing parts. TV kept freezing up.

Mold in the coffee pot in the room. Sheets were dirty

It was in a convenient location but nosey because it was near a major highway. There was no microwave in the room and hot in the hallways.

The front desk staff was helpful and professional. I ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was just ok. The hotel is older so I saw small areas of mold and rust in my bathroom but overall it was clean. My biggest issue was the noise, not from guests but from the air conditioning unit!!! It made a clunking noise all night; I felt like I was in a garage!!! It would kick in then all of a sudden there would be like 5 minutes of this loud clanging sound - this cycle went on all night!
