Room was sparse, only a bed and one chair. Very poor water pressure in shower and sink. Towels were small and thin. No screen on window. TV didn't work until reprogrammed. Bad neighborhood. Homeless sleeping in front of hotel. No security. Car park and elevator open to street.

Room was so dirty. We set the floor towel on the floor and when we picked it up to hang it was so dirty from the floor since we cleaned some of the water left on the floor it was just terrible. You could feel the dirt as you walked around. The bed sheets didn’t feel or smelled fresh. It was just a terrible experience.

First room we were given has dried fluids on the bedsheets and a bunch of stains. Pillows looked like that had mascara rubbed on them. We had to go get a new room and even tho it was cleaner it still felt dirty.

All in all great hotel comfortable beds, clean bathroom/towels, easy check in, no deposit required, small but covered parking garage, functional cable tv, mini fridge/microwave in room My girlfriend and me had a pleasant stay! Hardwood floor could use a little mopping and the heater was little loud. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place we would definitely stay here again! Thank you management for everything!

This hotel is overall my favorite “local” place to stay. The rooms are really big it’s pretty quiet no one bothers you & for me that is a HUGE plus! It’s right across the street from LAC + USC HOSPITAL/ER so u do hear some sirens here & there but nothing to crazy! I definitely would recommend this place to friends/family or anyone really. If ur a tourist trying to sightsee this isn’t the closest to LA’s attractions but if you’ve got a rental car cool. If u plan on taking our train/bus system there are some spots that can be a bit “sketchy”! Always travel in Pairs!! I hope my review helps out!

Place is ok for cheap. I wasn’t expecting the best but wasn’t expecting this bad either. The bed was hard. I like a hard bed but these were really really hard. THE worst towels I’ve EVER seen!! They are so old and used the towels were practically like sandpaper!! Thank GOD we had brought our own towels! The shower head was so grimey and filthy I was wary about taking a shower there. Would I come back? Not unless I was desperate and couldn’t find any place else. This would be my last resort.

Clean rooms and comfy bed. Easy access to freeway.

Good location for accessing transportation

close to Keck transplant center which we had an appointment and made it on time. Very clean and comfortable, appreciate the gentleman for not making us wait and being friendly.

Towels had stains and when I asked for new ones I got them but they also had stains.

For the price and area, it was a bit pricey considering how basic the room is. It was clean and doable if it was just something u need for a place to sleep and shower, which is what we wanted. But the bed wasn’t too comfy and the walls are thin. Luckily it wasn’t loud but at times i did hear the other guests

The photos online look nice but the reality is that this place is just gross. Dirty floors and walls. Dirty towels. Dirty headboard and surfaces. Luckily, the bed appeared clean.

Overall stay was not bad at all. The front desk employee seemed annoyed when we would ask for more towels or blankets but other than that, staff was great. The room itself is very good for the price, however when we entered our room, it smelled very bad. Parking is free but limited, I believe 10 spaces total and street parking. The motel is right next to a popeyes and a starbucks so that was a plus as well! Last negative thing though were the towels. Very cheap and many had stains so be aware.

First let start out by saying false advertisement was in play. People were checking in and out outside of the hotel alleged policy so what does that tell you. My room had mildew/mold in the room. The bathroom toilet had urine on it. Mildew/mold around the toilet. mildew/mold in the shower. The floors was caked in dirt. The door did not have a dead bolt so it was not secure. They put us at the end of the hall right next to the emergency back stair exit but they left the door open therefore anyone could come in and out at will. Homeless sleeping and defecating in front. No lobby just a window. I have pictures. We checked in and out the same day. All the other reviews that had any good thing to say is false. We were danger at this place

For the price and area it was a decent stay. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but that's not something the hotel can fix. Be aware though. The on site parking was small but very convenient. I can see how, if they were full, the parking would be a nightmare, but I was able to find parking even on the nights where I didn't return until midnight or later. The rooms were some of the cleanest that I've ever stayed in, including 4 and 5 star hotels. They were bare, though. The bed had side tables attached to the headboard, but only one had an easily accessible outlet. There was no wall decoration and wood floors so the sound echoed and bounced. I didn't hear my neighbors too frequently. I don't know if I was simply alone in the hallway or if we were all just quiet. The desk chair was not tall enough to reach the "desk" that sat under the tv. There was no other seating so it was the too short desk chair or the bed. There was also not a closet. There was a place to hang my clothes just inside the door. A single rack with some provided hangars, and I used the desk to place what wasn't to be hung.There was also a mini fridge and a microwave. Which was very nice.Last thought, there was a deadbolt, but it would have felt safer, given the neighborhood, if there had been some sort of door chain as well.
