The staff were all great! The facility was not so good. Torn curtains, rust in the bathroom, cabinets falling apart, fixtures coming out of the wall. Definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards!

This property needs some updates but it is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only issues is having to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

Helt ok.

Hotel room was very clean, large with plenty of space. Bed was fairly average for a hotel and so were the pillows. Shower was good size, clean and hot. I didn't have breakfast here, but they had coffee out early. Very convenient to the airport, could probably walk there. You had to let them know you needed an shuttle to the airport so they could give you time to be ready. Would stay again if needed an airport hotel.

Everything was good. The shuttle driver and the front desk help was very very good. I have stayed at this hotel a couple times and they are always so friendly. The lady that works in the breakfast area in the mornings is NOT friendly. She was rude both times I stayed. I did this same comment on the last stay I had. I will most likely stay at this hotel in the future because the front desk and shuttle drive make up for her rudeness but not so sure I won't be rude back to her next time.

Have stayed here for many years but now they charge for parking and the rooms have overwhelming smell of air freshener/perfume. Won’t stay again

Hotel ist schwer zu finden da an Interstate kein direktes Hinweisschild. Man kommt zwangsläufig zum Holiday Inn, dann ist man schon eine Kreuzung zu weit!

Great location for the airport

Great stay

I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel. During the first night the fire alarm went off for an hour and the light flashed all night so I couldn’t sleep. The following morning there was no running water until 3pm which was a major unconvincing because I had a wedding to go to. I was told that I’d be reimbursed with reward points and my third night would be free. The whole point of my stay was to make it to the wedding on time and that wasn’t possible. I still haven’t been reimbursed, I am highly disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

Perfect for an unexpected layover. Had to find a last min room. Nice suite. Decent breakfast with basic eggs, juice, coffee, and waffles. My only negative was the staff. It really seemed to put off the front desk that I was checking in late. Morning staff was busy talking among themselves and eating bfast.

Interesting interior layout

Not bad for a close to the airport hotel. Its what you would expect from Hampton inn.

There was not a single towel bar in the bathroom. The toilet was constantly running (I fixed it myself). Some USB ports were not working. A box of facial tissues with a grand total of 4 tissues in it and no new boxes of tissues were left. The "barn door" for the bath and clothes closet was the goofiest design I've ever seen. If you did hang up any clothes the hangar protrudes from the closet making the door useless (the closet was about half the depth it should have been). TV remote didn't work and I was told there were no "good" remotes to let me use. I asked for a wakeup call and it came an hour early because the switchboard had not been adjusted for the return to standard time (2 days after the time shift). Staff for the most part were competent but what can you do with such a poorly designed and maintained facility. The breakfast was good and Manuela was very nice.

Easy check in, nice staff, nice room all you need (refrigerator, microwave). The beds are comfortable and clean. I’m here for a CE course at this hotel. The public restrooms are clean as well.

Place was updated, clean, quiet and convenient

We booked a room through Expedia in advance before a flight to Hawaii and we were given an ADA room that had trash in trash can and beds that were very low…. We asked for another room and was told Expedia booked this for us. I did not request a handicap room. There was no other rooms for them to move us so we had to stay there. Not a good nights sleep!
