I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and been disappointed both times. We decided to try again because it’s the best reviewed hotel in the area. 1) We stayed for Christmas and my son stayed w my mom. During the the night he had a (minor) emergency and my sister tried to call us. The hotel would not put them through to our room for privacy reasons, and then the hotel told them they would call our room to let us know. They did not call us or knock on our door. My sister called three times and they were not helpful. Waking up the next morning to all the texts from my family was very scary. Luckily he was okay, but this was extremely disappointing. 2. The workout room was incredibly warm. Both my wife and I complained and we were told it was a “common complaint” but there was nothing they could do. Management wouldn’t allow for cooler temps. 3. One of the elevators’ inspection is out of date. 4. There were weird stains on the carpeting in our room. 5. It’s not a huge deal, but the pancake machine was out of order. Our kids like the machine and it is a reason we choose these hotels. But they’re always out of order. So much so they have fancy sign printed up.

Nice clean hotel with everything we needed. Very friendly, attentive staff. The night manager made sure to refill the hot water for hot cocoa. The hospitality person managing the breakfast bar was outstanding and genuinely enjoyed helping everyone! This all made for a very nice holiday stopover.

This Hotel is Awesome, comfy beds, friendly & professional staff, will stay again. Very clean hotel

Great stay

We stayed one night, and used the pool- which my kids loved. Beds were comfortable, bedroom had all the things we need for a short stay. Would recommend and return!

This motel is in a declining area. The women working Tuesday morning were very helpful in giving us good info on restaurants and activities. The gentleman on working Monday evening was more concerned about two 80 year olds doing damage, than on being helpful.

Overall enjoyed stay, carpets were very dirty, could use a cleaning.

We were put into a room with broken air conditioner, the thermostat was off the wall and unit was not cooling. Employee at desk immediately gave us a different room.we were fine.

Enjoyed stay! Would differently come again! Toilet too low for senior citizens! Other than toilet everything else bed, staff very courteous . chase in room instead of sofa was nice! Really enjoyed my stay! Please think about having rooms with higher toilets! God bless Holiday Inn
