I last stayed here 8 years ago and nothing has changed no usb c chargers in room.everything is showing it's age tables I dining area are damaged this hotel has definitely not seen any love for a long time. Staff were very good and friendly cleaners every other day evening food Monday to Friday is now just on a Wednesday used to be 3 star's but like a 4 star now a 3 star but struggling to keep it.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto razoavelmente equipado, faltando utensílios básicos, como facas. Limpeza terrível, muito mal feita. Equipe de limpeza sempre de cara fechada nos corredores. Equipe do café da manhã super educada e solicita.

It was a very great location, little bit of an aging hotel, overall it is in great location very close to Icon Park where we visited. It has everything you need. Breakfest included.

The property My Likes 1. It was in a great location within walking distance to many things like, eating, attractions, & night life. 2. Staff were polite and tried to do what they could in their control but some didn’t (see issues). 3. Was short a set of towels someone brought up to the room with our late arrival. 4. The main lobby area was clean and had options for coffee, water, & tea for free. 5. Breakfast was good. Liked the protein options. 6. We had a great view of Icon park My issues were as follows: 1. The elevator did not work properly and wouldn’t come to the 6th floor to get you. We took the stairs down. Then my daughter was stuck on the elevator because it wouldn't go up to the 6th floor. They did get it working but the next day the same thing happened. 2. We requested towels/washcloths the morning we left out to do amusement parks. When we arrived no towels/washcloths were there. 3. Upon arrival we asked for an another pillow (closet had one) and blanket because we had a suite for 4. They didn’t have any upon arrival. We got the next day by going to front desk. 4. WiFi wouldn’t connect to my computer but would with phone. Had to use as a hotspot. Front desk really nice with trying to help after speaking with different people. It appears to be a common issue. 5. Asked about trash collect was told it wasn’t time. We were there 4 days in a suite with 2 adults and 2 kids. You do the math on trash. We took it out to the elevator when we would leave.

Very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly & pleasant. Breakfast was bountiful. I’d recommend staying here. Close to lots of amusement activity & restaurants!

Conveniet location

Beds are a Full size not Queen so they are pretty small for two adults to sleep in. My son slept in the sofa bed and when we opened the sofa bed, the mattress was yellow on the bottom side (super nasty). The elevators would shake as they went up, and we stayed on the 6th floor however the elevator marked you were on the 5th floor. Other than that it was OK for a one night stay.

We love staying here! We travel to Orlando several times a year and this is one of our go to locations to stay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast.

This property is in a great central location for international drive, unfortunately it is very dated and sad looking, the suite had everything you needed but was so tired looking, bed was clean despite finding a hair on the sheets, cupboard were stained and fridge and oven doors dirty, we won’t stay here again!

Foi a sexta vez que ficamos neste hotel, todas por períodos de cerca de duas semanas. Em geral, gostamos da estadia, entretanto o hotel piorou em vários aspectos, em relação às últimas vezes que ficamos: o happy hour que existia de segunda a quinta-feira, agora só tem na quarta-feira; o hotel não disponibiliza mais os traslados para os parques da Universal e Disney; se você não ficar hospedado por mais de uma semana, o hotel agora cobra pelo estacionamento que antes era gratuito.

O quarto é muito grande. Na verdade é um pequeno apartamento com sala, cozinha e quarto. O café da manhã é muito farto e de ótima qualidade. Os recepcionistas são muito gentis. A localização é otima. Recomendo muito.

Positivo: O hotel é bom, o quarto é funcional e bem equipado, o café da manhã também é bom para os padrões americanos e os funcionários da área da cozinha são simpáticos (os da recepção, não!). O estacionamento e localização são ótimos. Negativo: Algumas coisas deixam a desejar e, com certeza, o principal é a limpeza. Passamos 10 dias e o quarto só foi limpo 02 vezes. Há um aviso na pia do banheiro que todo dia deveria ser: retirado o lixo, trocado as toalhas, abastecimento dos amenities e arrumação de cama. Mas isso não acontece. Só retiraram o lixo 02 vezes e nunca arrumaram a cama. No último dia acabou o sabonete líquido do chuveiro pq não abasteceram, mas só percebemos isso as 23h quando chegamos no quarto e nem reclamamos devido ao horário. Realmente toda a parte de limpeza e arrumação deixa a desejar. Outra coisa ruim é o quarto ser todo em carpete. Tem mau cheiro e deve ser imundo, já que a limpeza não é o forte deles. A luz da área da pia é bem franca. Apesar de ter espelho com led, essa é a única iluminação dessa área.

Não recomendo esse hotel, a limpeza era de pessima qualidade e o quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável que não saía, o cafe da manhã tem pouca variedade e não é muito agradável.
