The same breakfast for two days in a row was not good pool was cold and small but other than that the room was clean updated and spacious we enjoyed our stay

Affordable and no dis likes

We had an okay stay at this property. The positives were the free breakfast, the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the lobby, and the decorations. The negatives were that our room’s bathtub was dirty, the pool was freezing cold as well as the pool room and unusable, our room smelled like marijuana, and the ceilings were not sound-proof. Our upstairs neighbors were stomping at all hours.

Love to stay there, every one is very friendly, food is great/ breakfast. Pool is nice/inside. Gym is available and nice too.

Not clean..sheets smelled used and dog hair and dog smell was bad. Been to others around the Country that were ok. This on was bad

Great stay for UNH parents weekend!

It was very nice, clean room, food was great. Closed to shopping center and supermarket. Closed to downtown.

Very convenient location to downtown. Good breakfast with variety of hot & cold choices.

I checked in for an overnight stay with my family and the room we reserved was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff tried to re-clean but it didn't work and they had no rooms to move us to. The manager, Kirar, promised a full refund but never refunded the money and now is unreachable. I don't ever leave bad reviews but this is just too much to ignore.

Hotel is nice, quiet location and rooms are big. But the rooms aren't so clean

This was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever gotten on a reservation. Semen stains on the duvet cover, mystery mold in the shower, beard or pubic shavings in drawers and along headboard of bed. Sheet was inside out, was it actually fresh? Dirt in the refrigerator, food and dirt along floors where the vacuum doesn’t reach. Elevators full of dog urine and hair and just plain smelly. When the front desk was confronted with the problem they handed me a card and told me to call the manager. The manager never answered or called back. Every surface was gross. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks at the breakfast buffet. I chose not to eat. I stay in a LOT of hotels and this was hands down one of the grossest next to a super 8 in a cruddy neighborhood. I mean I took another shower when I got home. NOT what I was expecting out of a hotel in the Hilton family. Not even an apology from a manager. Although I’m not surprised because the front desk person was too busy trying to pay their credit card via phone when I complained… won’t be returning, and probably will never use the homewood group again.

Adequate hotel. Nice facilities and location. The TV remotes didn't work and I had to climb up to unplug it from the wall. There was mildew in the bathroom, I notified the front desk but nothing was done. Not enough sheets in the room for the pull out bed and had to call down for more. Morning breakfast was short-staffed a few times and hard to get utensils and plates, no waffles are served on weekdays FYI.

Great stay at this place! Highly recommend, and it's a great location for family outings

C’est très bien compte tenu de l’entretien des lieux, tapis usé, meuble brisé et pas réparer, pas assez d’ustensiles, 3 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, 1 petite et 1 grande cuillère, nous étions 5 adultes, les déjeuners étaient de piètre qualité, juste du coffre mate ou lait de soya pour le café, manque de patates à 8.15 hr et en on plus d’autres, les choix de viande pas pour des déjeuners mais pour des lunchs.

The staff was great, but the property is mediocre. The room was missing a few amenities; bathing soap and firm pillows. The pillows were very flat and the room was just mediocre clean. Hotels need to go back to the days when rooms are cleaned every day. I felt like I was staying at an because I was the one getting my towels and toiletries every day. A Hilton hotel used to feel special. It didn’t feel this way to me.

Very friendly reception and staff. Great Location, seemed like a safe area. Housekeeping was very good, the only complaint was that the elevator needed a good vacuuming, but the rooms were clean.

Garbage bags left in hallways and in front of elevators by room service or maintenance which cause hallways to smell like trash. Maintenance man doesn't wear deodorant so didn't know what smelled worse. Him or the garbage. Photo was taken of our hallway view. When front desk was informed, I was told staff went home. So I moved the garbage bag in front of the elevators instead of being in front of our door!!

Unfortunately, our first suite was dirty. I am not a picky traveler, but the one thing I look for is cleanliness in a hotel. Upon arrival to our first room, I could immediately tell it wasn't up to par. The Fridge (we had a full kitchen in the suite) was filthy, the kitchen floor had spills all over it, crumbs everywhere. The Carpet had crumbs on it. One bed wasn't made properly, looked like the comforter had just been pulled up. Upon opening it up, it was indeed dirty (hair on the sheets), and the tub had hairs in it. Whomever cleaned this room - DIDN'T clean the room! The good news is when I called down, the hotel staff immediately rectified the situation and moved us to another room. The new room was as expected, clean and after that our stay improved greatly. I do appreciate the hotels quick response.

The staff was very helpful- Erin at the front desk helped us with early check in and later that night we had an issue with our key getting lost and they were also there to assist us at a very late hour.
