This property was walkable to the beach. They had beach chairs so you can borrow. They were close to restaurants. They were clean. They had a pool if you didn’t feel like going in the ocean. It was a nice temperature and the people that worked there were really sweet. I liked everything about it. It was nice with the valet parking. We didn’t use a car the whole time and when you didn’t have a car, those convenient places close to rent scooters to catch the bus , Trolley anything you wanted?

We had an amazing time. Staying. Everyone was nice, hospitable and friendly. Definitely felt the Aloha spirit. The only thing I could say is that the pool area deck could use a touch up. We enjoyed the free breakfast and all the resting areas in the lobby. Mahalo.

This is my second time staying here with kids. We love the free breakfast (which had improved btw), the location which is near the beach, and they have bathtubs for the kids to use. If for whatever reason we were starving and didn't plan a meal there is a dominos on first floor. We did book a tour and they were able to pick us up at the hotel across the street which worked out fine. There is a ABC store like a block or less away, which in our case we really needed one time for an item. Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach suited our needs because we wake up, eat and leave for the whole day, then come back to shower and sleep and start the whole thing again the next day. It is a great place to call your headquarters while you enjoy exploring and relaxing the great Island of Oahu. Mahalo

It’s not the resort I would book to come back and I actually made a mistake booking here at the end of the day. It was OK, but it is not a hotel that offers much of the terms of amenities. The pool is awful and the breakfast that is free is Borderline pet food.
The bed was comfortable other than that the rest of the story is not acceptable

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good but very crowded. The only complaint was the elevator was very slow. We took the stairs most of the time. Other than that the hotel was great! Walking distance to the beach, Zoo and many restaurants.

Simple 3 star tourist place - clean, close to the beach and all places - rooms do not really have a view even on high floor but a good location and close to all things in that area if your interested in staying in the center of everything - they do clean rooms daily and provide towels and chairs for the beach
- the bookings do not include the 40 dollar resort fees even when it says all inclusive -be prepared for that suprise - the 5 dollar daily allowance at their store does not include taxes so even if you spend 4.50 - you still have to pay .21 in taxes - just be aware these hidden fees -

Too many buildings in front of it to have an actual view; the AC was really poor and we were sweating our butts off with it as high as it could go!!also the continental breakfast was really bad and there was never any room t any tables to eat the entire 8 days we stayed

We had s great stay. Room was spacious, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and had variety of different options. Hotel offers beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and sand toys as part of the resort fee which was convenient. There were water coolers in the lobby to fill your water bottle. A complimentary gift (water bottle) was a very thoughtful gesture.
Location is great- a few mins walk to Kuhio beach and to restaurants. There is also Domino’s pizza downstairs. Overall we were very pleased with our hotel choice.
The only thing that we didnt enjoy was a TERRIBLE sewage smell in our bathroom- to the point that it was impossible to be in the bathroom. I thought it was clogged but it looked clean. I called the front desk and they did send someone to take a look and it was much better afterwards, but unfortunately nor for long. The smell came back after the toilet was flushed a few times. Good thing it happened on the last day of our stay. Otherwise I would have asked for a room switch as I was worried all of our clothes and belongings would start smelling like s..t.
To summarize, I would recommend this place to others and would stay there again.

Everything so dirty, we stayed 7 nights and our room only was cleaned 3 times during the stay. We constantly called for towels. We had expensive specialty room for 5 visitors, but that room even didn’t not have bathroom fan that made us to use bathroom downstairs. Room also was so dusty and never vacuumed during our stay. The food was not fresh. Did not get what they promised!

A great balance of cost and quality. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, and upon check-in, we were given two water bottles, which we used to refill at the hotel’s water station. The bed was comfortable. However, if you choose a room with a bed and a pull-out chair, keep in mind that sleeping on the pull-out chair might not be very comfortable.
