Evacuated from my home on the gulf coast to Ft Pierce for hurricane Helene. Hotel was clean, bed & pillows were comfy. The front desk lady was really nice & all the cleaning staff were great. Didn’t get to use the pool because of inclement weather conditions but it sure looked inviting. Maybe next time.

Excellent experience! The hotel is pet friendly with clean rooms. The pool exceptionally clean. It was wonderful & it will be our new go to place when we visit Ft. Pierce again!

Where to start: the cracked toilet set, the clogged sink drain, the room telephone that didn't work, the TV remote, wrapped in tape that didn't work, the TV that came on with one channel, the burns in the bed covering, the loud music in the the wee hours after the form desk called and asked to stop....enjoy your stay at this dump

I have stayed at the Red Roof many times. It is budget friendly option with a convenient location and decent rooms. My main issue with my last stay is that I stayed in a room that I have been in several times. This time, the condition of the room was not as satisfactory as it normally is. The sink faucet was broken, the water pressure was very low, the shower rod in the bathroom was broken, and the sheets were uncomfortably rough. I guess they stopped using fabric softener or something but it literally felt like I was sleeping on sand paper. The other issue I had is one that I experienced for the first time. I was advised by the hotel staff that the price had increased since the time I booked my stay and that I needed to pay the difference. I paid, but I was not happy about it. If I book a room in advance and pay in advance, I expect my payment to be considered paid in full regardless off price fluctuations after the fact. Had the price decreased, I doubt if I would have been provided a refund. Overall, the stay was good. The hotel served its purpose.

I stay at this location often when visiting family. The mattress was pretty worn and uncomfortable, very noisy outside with loud music playing a good portion of the evening and the cell signal & property WiFi isn’t very good at all. It’s a cheaper hotel so I understand you get what you pay for but this is my honest review of my stay.

The property was convenient, with easy parking spaces and clean. The room had a mini fridge ans microwave. It just need some room and lobby renovation. Room was decent and beds were comfortable.

I traveled all day from the West Coast to the East Coast of Florida and they put me in a smoking room downstairs. Everything smelled like nicotine! Woke up with a headache. I was too tired to change rooms at 2 o’clock in the morning.

The room was spacious however ,soon as we entred the room we saw Cockroach on the wall. The door to room had a huge space at the bottom. The bathtub took forever to drain when you take a shower and the left 3 plastic cups for us to drink from. The table in the room was propped up with a peace of paper. No other utensils was left in the room and my booking was the most expensive of the rooms. Very disappointed and the reception told me she can't do anything about it , I need to to call her when I saw the Cockroach. Eventhough I have photos, I would not recommend.
