Okay. Easy access to casinos and downtown

This was such a relaxing chill spot. I enjoy everything about the marina!. No complaints whatsoever!

The staff was super friendly and I just can't wait to come back I will definitely come back to this one again because there's simply a great time the rooms are super nice great views of the water now yes it is near the industrial canal but it's still a nice place to go

The room was clean. There is a decent restaurant at the property. I hated that there wasn't free wi-fi in the rooms. The area around the property is pretty sketchy, but the property is gated.

Reasonable expectations, needed more towel, the food and drinks were amazing at the restaurant, plenty of outlets for charging, mattress was uncomfortable, ubers were reasonably priced but the drivers were nervous enterinv the area at night, the abandoned mattresses and tires on the side street, the property was well kept, too cold for the pool or jaquzzi, the store needed more stock, we went to Walmart and bought groceries, please pit a microwave in every room no matter if its basic or an upgrade, overall great stay for the price

Room was dirty, bathroom vanity was falling apart, trash outside overflowing.

I love this place. Out of the way but close to everything. It’s an rv park with some no frills rooms. Clean and affordable. Not the Ritz but I like it

My Hotels.com review: Ok. Where do I start? I guess I’ll start with terrible! Checking in we had key issues. That was understandable but, once I opened the room the pictures posted on Hotels.com didn’t do it much justice by a loooooonnnngggg shot! Out dated, scratched and chipped furnishings, bed mattress was of very poor condition, had a hard time closing the doors for safety reasons, bathroom had the worst water pressure than you can possibly imagine, no where to place suit cases, no one came to clean the room daily, no one came to bring clean towels so, I had to go to the front desk(while I had a chance it was open)and ask for clean towels. Front desk looked to retrieve clean towels and none was ready. I was promised that towels were going to be left in the room upon my arrival. NO TOWELS WERE THERE! Front desk was closed on my arrival back, so, I was forced to use old towels from the previous day. No back up toilet tissue in the room so, I had to get tissue from the front desk. I mean… straight FOOLERY at this point of my stay until I discoverd a drilled hole near the ceiling on my last day. I didn’t want to imagine what could’ve been going on with that hole! Now, you’re saying, “why didn’t you take pictures?” Well, i can assure you without a doubt that if you asked for the same room on the property you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about and possibly endure the same kind of service in the process. So, there’s NO WAY ON THIS GREEN EARTH I’LL BE RETURNING.

Room was bad. No table, chairs, blow dryer or window. Musty smelling. Closet had a hot water tank in it with no room to hang clothes. Floors were in bad shape. Some kind of bug catcher in bathroom & at head of bed. Asked to be moved. Second room was better but still no blow dryer, window table or chairs.

It was so nice and quiet. We will be back! Loved the bar and grill!

I love this place. It wasn’t too far from the French Quarter, and they provide round trip transportation for $20 per person. Very secure and quiet. Only bad point is they don’t have local television stations and charge you for Wi-Fi to watch anything in your room. We also had a water leak from the room above us, but they moved us to a different room fairly quickly.

Loved it here. Will stay again when I’m in new Orleans

My room was in terrible shape paint was peeling off the ceiling in bathroom, drawer was broken and just hanging , there were holes in the bath towels and bed sheets, blood stained quilt and the floors were so sticky my feet stuck to floor even throw my socks.

Nie wieder eine "Villa". Die ersten beiden Zimmer waren schmutzig. Ein drittes war erst nicht mehr verfügbar, dann plötzlich doch. Dieses roch schon etwas muffig und früh mussten wir feststellen, dass eine Wand in der Ecke total schimmlig war. Eigentlich hatten wir 2 Nächte gebucht. Wir reisten nach einer Nacht ab, da uns dies unzumutbar war. Mit Verweis auf den Sachverhalt haben wir dann zumindest unsere Gesamtbuchung erstattet bekommen. An sich eine schöne Anlage in einem Industriegebiet, nur knapp 15 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Leider lässt der Erhaltungszustand der Zimmer extrem zu wünschen übrig, diverse werden daher anscheinend gar nicht vermietet. Das Bett war auch eine Katastrophe. Ich schlafe gern weich, aber dies war viel zu weich.

The cabins are large but a bit run down and cleaning is a little below standard. Beds where however clean and extremely soft. The surrounding area is industrial and the Resort is primarily for RV's. It has a restaurant and a small shop plus a large guest laundry. Not a bad experience and price is good.

I enjoyed staying at the Seabrook villas. The community is very welcoming and the staff is helpful. There’s a restaurant on property and security is always in sight. Local police officers is always in the area. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Well my first impression was not pleasant when I opened the glass outer door to use the key card to the front door and found both filthy. Dirt was all over them and just needed wiping down with soapy water and a little Clorox. When I entered the room the living room, dining room and kitchen were satisfactory but could use some serious upgrades. It had all the necessary equipment like televisions for every room, dishes, microwave, oven, fridge, washer/dryer, etc. But let me tell you what really irritated me the most. The floor had drops or dips throughout the unit. I didn’t know if I would sink through one or not half the time. My mother did fall on the first night due to these warped floors. I found a live cockroach in my shower then one the next day in my bedroom. I had to kill both. The mattress needs replacing with firmer mattress and covers. The smaller bedroom pillows still had an irregular scent and not fresh. The shelves in both bedrooms were very dusty. The toilet in the front of the unit needs replacing. The towel rack was broken in the first bathroom. The freezer needed defrosting. But what I disliked the most was that this is supposed to be a resort and there’s no free Wife or cable. Now the pleasant things. The area was nice and quiet. The people I came across were friendly. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. There were things like paper towels, etc. I was able to park directly next to the steps leading to my unit.
