We really enjoyed our stay. The heated pool, beautiful dining spaces, friendly staff, and easy parking made our stay very special. The location is in a great place which was close to everything we needed to do. We can't wait to go back again.

The only thing I notice is that each time I have reserved the late check out and am away from the room I have to always call and try to get a new key to get back in the room. It is very frustrating, when we are working out or at the spa and cannot get back in the room.

Some of the employees of the front desk
They need to improve the attention to the clients
Some of them they’re in no mood
I can’t say names cuz I don’t remembered it but I usually going I little often here
Probably this is my fifth time here and some are very good attention and some other things perfect they tell you everything about the hotel amenities things like that and some other they just give you the key and don’t tell you anything about it
Simple as that , they need to improve that
I’m a client at least they need to change the attention with the others
Next time I’m going I hope they treat me different

VERY WARM WELCOME BY VILAI, NATE, MIGUEL THE BELLMAN, AND JOSUÉ. DURING MY STAY NICHOLAS WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AT FRONT DESK. IT WAS FIRST STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT HAS A MODERN FLAVOR TO IT WITH NICE LOBBY WITH RESTAURANT WITH LIGHT LIVE MUSIC IN THE EVENING. A COFFEE SHOP, OFFICE TYPE/ SMALL CONFERENCE ROOMS, NICE GARDEN-STYLE POOL, AND AMPLE PARKING ON 4 STORIES OF COVERED PARKING SPACES. THE BEDROOMS ARE MODERN, LARGE AND WELL INSULATED FROM OUTSIDE NOISE. A REALLY NICE PLACE TO STAY I MUST SAY!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

The most important thing for us was free parking, and it was great, plentiful, and safe. The neighborhood feels safe and very affluent. The hotel has a great recreational center, gym, and sauna.

Shashi Hotel is my top choice for concerts at the amphitheater and football games. It’s an ideal staycation spot, surrounded by great dining options and within walking distance of Shoreline. My kids love staying here as much as I do. The hotel’s dining is outstanding as well.

This place is great. The hotel is a hybrid of trendy with an underlying subtle luxury vibe. The staff was immediately welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and ease of checkin. The rooms were clean, sparse and comforting. Robes and slippers to lounge in, an active downstairs lobby/lounge area, coffe shop and restaurant with great food too. A piano in the lobby was a nice touch. The amenities were nice, the view from rooms looks down on the pool and jacuzzi. They did a lovely job of landscaping for the Birds Eye view everyone has. Also good were the gym, pool, meeting spaces, pet friendly.. this hotel checked all the boxes. We will definitely stay here again.
