Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East, an IHG Hotel

This hotel does NOT pick up from the airports in the area. They only pick up from ONE. We are NOT from here. How are we to know this until we were stranded at the airport.

We spent a weekend at Staybridge (Friday-Monday), and it was amazing. The hotel has a shuttle, and they offer transportation within a 5 miles radius, which was awesome. The hotel breakfast really surprised me, they had a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruits, cereals…) always hot and ready when we went for it. The staff was incredible. We had a great stay, and would definitely go back if we were ever in Houston.

Spic and span room, a quiet place, shuttle available to and from the airport, decent breakfast. Feels like a new property. Very satisfied, highly recommend it.

Charged twice. Given wrong information on shuttle services. No customer service. Couldn’t fix issues

Lady at the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to approach and tried hard to fulfill needs of kids in our group. Sorry forget her name. Thank you.

I loved the fact that it was always clean,had a close and secure place to sit outside in the brautiful weather,easy asset to take my pupppy to litter,gym was very close.bathroom was large enough for my hunsand to shower in safely with his wheelchair.great breakfast and the rooms always smelt fresh after it was cleaned.loved it i will come back next year to stay their when i visit my hubsand again.thanks staybridge for great service.

Mattress was the noisiest Ive slept on, kept waking up, if you are a heavy sleeper, you wont mind the nosie. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Other than that, good stay at place.

Our stay at Staybridge Hotel was truly exceptional! After a long trip from Michigan, we arrived earlier than expected and were so grateful they allowed us to check in early. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the lobby to our room, which was spotless and welcoming. It was such a relief to relax in such a well-kept and accommodating space. Thank you, Staybridge, for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall I love the layout, plus the peace and quiet! The only issue I had was the $50 fee that I had to pay plus the actual amount for the stay.
