Rm 302 Had roaches in kitchen and broken drawer. Ants in bathroom, dirty floors, couch stained and cover set for pull out wasnt complete. After informing front desk they did not have another room to move my family to and told me to let the 3rd party i booked thru ( HOTELS.COM ) know and take pics. Breakfast was plastic plates and ware. I expected more from Staybridge Suites for the price. Very disappointed.

My stay was wonderful!! Kind, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the breakfast choices. I would choose this hotel again.

This Hotel is absolutely second to none in the entire Metro Jackson/Ridgeland/Madison area!!! No competition when it comes the friendly staff, exceptionally clean, modern and spacious rooms.

Only one night. Gym was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Use of laundry was clutch. It was winter so pool wasn’t open, but this would be a solid destination in the warmer months

I reviewed this property several time b4 selecting given the reviews. I am big om reviews; however, this was the chosen spot. I will be booking again given another family trip by 12/31/2024. Dislike: Housekeeping begin knocking at your door by 9:00am, I find very RUDE & Insensitive as they are ready to clean. This was throughout the morning (i was gone to Breakfast). Every 30 minutes knocking WTH!!!!!!! Check out 11:00am. I return from Breakfast my fam told me, I be darn 10:15am knocking/pulling at the door. I held my piece bc i was busy preparing and ensuring i had everything. I said to fam, let them knock/pull on the door (its going to be some shaking). Nevertheless, we were out 10:45am. This needs to be addressed or the BBB/Headquarters Compliant will be filed!!!!! I noticed that in reviewing the reviews. Happy Hour Monday-Wednesday ends at 8pm Breakfast (the reviews made it seem TOP KNOTCH BF..... But listed below it was good/fresh/hot) Cheesy Grits (container labeled "Oatmeal") Waffle Maker Sausage Patty & Link (pork & Turkey) Eggs (Omelet Style) All fixing available minus veggies Oatmeal (more toppings needs to be added, the oatmeal was in a open bowel exposed VERY ODD) Fruit Cup Greek Yogurt Assorted Muffins Bread Biscuits & Gravy

This property is exceptional in every regard. It’s really clean, has friendly staff and a really good breakfast!

Everything is everything! Awesome staff, every shift! Great amenities & breakfast. Rooms are extremely comfortable & the location is convenient for my job & my daughter’s school.

Fantastic staff and housekeeping does a great job as well . Everyone is very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Stayed during Thanksgiving and had a great time! There was a great happy hour from 5pm-7pm, the food and drinks were great! The beds were very comfortable and no one gave us a hard time about extra towels! The kitchen was clean with supplies, was very pleasant!!!

I loved the rooms. It was my first time staying.

This hotel is a 10/10 Super clean Only suggestion is to ask housekeeping to be mindful of their conversations on speakerphone right outside of the room doors. We can hear her conversation on the 3rd floor, crystal clear including profanity. Just wanted to give a friendly reminder to her to make personal calls in private areas, especially not knowing everyone can hear it. Still, all of the staff and housekeeping were extremely nice.
