Spotless, easy comms. Great location, we know the area its such a lovely quiet spot. Town is small but busy 3 min walk. Hotel was quiet, room only this time. Perfect, breakfast at Zinc 400 meters. Great walks around the beaches etc. Exactly what we needed. Thank you...

I reserved online, yet when I showed up, nobody there, no room information etc. Had to find another hotel.

A lovely building that was absolutely spotless but I struggled with the self service side of things which I felt was very impersonal. I would also suggest that the facilities in Room one are only suitable for the very slender amongst us as access to the shower and toilet would not be suitable for those carrying a few excess pounds.

I was on my own meeting up with friends for a seventieth birthday party. The room was inviting, very comfortable with everything I needed … thank you. Apologies if I got up too early … highly recommended.

Amazing location, minutes from the beach, minutes from the main strip. Lovely couple that run the b&b and so friendly with local knowledge and tips etc

Booked a double room in preparation for the ROC event. really lovely room, microwave, mini fridge, crockery, TV, bathroom with towels and toiletries. really comfortable stay and could have stayed longer! Will be back for sure as ideal location for the Abersoch beach or short walk into the town and harbour. Nice to have dedicated parking spaces that are not so tightly crammed in.

We enjoyed our hotel stay. It was comfortable and clean. It was convenient for all the amenities of Abersoch and the weather was very kind to us.

Nice room, miniscule bathroom you couldn't turn around in. Oddly described on Expedia as "Bed & Breakfast", presume it might have been, but can no longer get the staff because of......you know!

Our room was small but had all we needed. The en-suite was miniscule but I think we had the smallest room. Last available that week in Abersoch. Clean and well stocked.

Beautiful property, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Our room was small but very pretty everything you need. Liked the added touch of fridge and microwave and dishes if you felt like having breakfast. The only thing was i did not realise the room was on the top floor which if you fiund stairs tricky then that would be an issue made it up slowly. Would definitely recommend

Check in was seamless. Room lovely and clean, Views excellent. Easy access to the main area for shopping and eating.

Lovely place to stay, clean and comfortable and great location. Mike and Lynne are wonderful, super friendly and helpful. I had a nightmare vehicle breakdown and they did all they could do to help. Would definitely stay again
