Best place to stay for a little gateway!

Had issues with the boiler during my stay. Had no hot water until early the next day.

Property is clean, everyone, housekeeping, front desk are very courteous. Thank you Valeria for making our stay a nice one.

Excelente hotel.

We were happy to find a bar in the hotel and it was open for New Year’s Eve. The hotel was comfortable. It was such an easy drive to the airport. We enjoyed seeing a little bit of San Antonio before our flight back to cold weather.

It was very nice and close to stores, restaurants and the airport.

Hot water was out but they got it fixed. Had to take one cold shower but things happen.

Property looks like 2 different hotels in one. The large building looked classy and modern. Unfortunately, we were across the pool in wjat looked like a renovated Motel 6. The room was adequate, but there was no phone, lighting was poor, and set up was just okay. I definitely will look into the room description more closely before staying at thos property again. I wondered why the price was so low for the room. I now understand why. Crown Plaza is known to be a nicer facility. I was disappointed that the room we stayed in did not stand up the the Crown Plaza reputation.

El hotel en buenas condiciones, pero deficiente en el servicio, estuve 24 horas y nunca hubo agua caliente al salir solicitamos dejar en custodia nuestras maletas por unas horas y no quisieron dar esa atención.

I was running late so I called to make sure they have a room for me and they said I have to check in before 12 and I checked in at 11pm even skipping dinner. If I was told I would stay in the cabana I would not have come in to check in and look for l Alternates. The room I got was a cabana which is not part of the main building. There was an open door from parking lot and I said I don’t feel safe and I was told it is the last room or fully booked. It was too late for me to check in with another hotel even if refunded. The customer service was terrible. When I went to get my delivery I saw folks checking in but not into cabana. Also I have added the coffee filter image which had some foreign substance. When I called to get it replaced I was told all machines are locked up and I have to wait until 8am ( 8 hours to get coffee machine) One of the worst experiences in my life and I would never recommend anyone to stay here

I always stay at the Crown Plaza when traveling through San Antonio. It's a well-appointed hotel at a good price, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Este hotel fue remodelado hace un par de años ,lo están dejando caer ,alfombras muy sucias ,hot tube no funciona ,no toallas en la alberca ,no agua en el cuarto para tomar ,máquinas de hielo no funcionan
