Ottimo hotel a pocho passi a piedi dal centro di Catania e via Etnea. Viciniasimo anche al corso Italia via dello shopping. Personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Camere moderne , insonorizzate e molto pulite. Ottimo l'aperitivo.

Letto scomodo, cuscini in particolare. Per il resto tutto molto buono.

Hotel is clean and modern but next time I’d prefer closer to center location. Nobody helps with luggage, taxi to airport 32 euros

The hotel staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. Good location and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Nice clean hotel. Walkable to the main center. Bus stops to central and to airport right outside. Convenient location and good spacious rooms.

Parking is very tricky

綺麗で清潔。十分な広さ。まぁまぁ美味しい朝食。立地もよい。近隣徒歩10分圏内によいレストラン多数。Taxiも呼べばすぐくる立地の良さ

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was lack of parking - car park was closed due to refurbishment works.

Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig mehr Früchte bieten. Zb. Erdbeeren die es auf dem nahen Markt zu hauff und günstig gibt. Für Fleischesser optimal. Das Zimmer wurde sehr spät gereinigt. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Alibus. Und nahe am Markt und Centrum.

For a hotel that claims to be ‘upscale’ they are severely lacking in basic services that most hotels offer guests worldwide; like shipping expensive forgotten items COD for guests. Instead I am forced to figure out how to hire a courier service in a country where I barely speak the language, completely blind to what size ‘box’ the hotel will be using to give my items to the courier.

Despite we got a just renovated superior room, there were some small issues that should be fixed in order to make the room a proper 4 star (cleaningness, water flow, mattress)
