The night crew is rude, the elevator was not working and during my stay they started renewing by 8am, I couldn't sleep

i had an amazing stay at shoreham. location was perfectly central to everything i wanted to do, it was clean and quiet. all staff was very kind but specially the housekeeping staff are so so sweet lily really made my stay!

This property was really nice, though they were missing some basic items like trash liners and tissues. Our shower also leaked onto the floor each time someone used it. The last thing is there very few outlets in the room. Overall nice place for the price, but needs more up keep.

This hotel was so friendly to my boyfriend and I and it’s such a nice hotel for the price it was !!!

The elevator was making a noise and they fixed it immediately after we called it in. The shower head and body sprayers had an amazing water pressure. Like a fire extinguisher. No exaggeration. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The location is amazing, and the price is fantastic for Midtown. One of the two elevators was being repaired the entire time I was there, and the guys were working on it at odd hours. I have stayed here many times though, and always look forward to going back.

Great room with a large living room area that was sectioned off from the bed. The shower was huge .

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable beds to sleep in Great central hotel for walking to central park and times square

I recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel is quite outdated and needs major renovations. The carpets smell bad in the hallways and rooms. The bathroom ventilation is poor, and it’s extremely cold unless you use a hairdryer to heat it up. The water pressure was good, and the bathroom was spacious, but overall, the furniture and carpets need to be replaced. The elevator is noisy and old, and you can hear it even with the door closed. The staff at the lobby were okay, but the bellboy was insistent about taking my luggage, even though I didn’t need help, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Property was outdated. Rooms weren’t the dirtiest, but they definitely could have been cleaner. Elevator was extremely loud (squealing) all day and night. Numerous other guests complained. Would not stay there again.

It was good for the price but the street traffic noise was noticeable from my room and would be better to have blackout curtains.

Great location, helpful staff; room was clean, small but adequate, though view out the small, cloudy window was of brick walls. Lots of places for a quick bite just down the block. My biggest disappointment was no coffee maker in the room, which just seems like Hospitality 101 to me. Still, a good alternative to pricier alternatives in the area. I'd recommend.

Vieillot impossible de d’assoir dans le lit à cause du meuble en arrière de la tête de lit très désagréable et pas très propre très petit même si supposer être chambre supérieure meuble en décomposition sol de la salle de bain fissuré et salle bain répugnant revêtement décoller sur de grandes surfaces. Un seul ascenseur fonctionnel et tout juste fonctionnel mis à par la localisation à éviter. Et en passant le resto en bas évite belle deco mais mauvais et cher il y a une pizzeria qui paye pas de mine à 100m en direction de la 6e elle est super bonne et les prix sont raisonnable pour New-York

I stayed for 2 nights. Check in New Year Eve. Only 1 elevator working, Hotel is run down, need some upgrade. Carpets look old and dirty. But it’s location is great!
