Pulled in only to immediately realize the MOTEL (Not Hotel) was nothing like its pictures. As I said, this is a MOTEL, the room was less than basic, just white walls and a bed. There are no curtains and the blinds do nothing so the room is bright all night. The one ice machine was across the parking lot so getting ice in a downpour was a challenge. Hallways to get to different locations were sketchy, dark, dirty and smelled horrible. Add the number of patrons hanging around smoking blunts and you have quite the atmosphere. Last, you have to give a LOT of credit tot eh person who took the pictures as they made everything look amazing (which is was not) and this definitely includes the pool. This gets 1 star only because the guy that checked us in gave us an upgrade from the tomb we were initially assigned which was down pot aisle. Think twice before booking!!!!

When we arrived for our reservation at 3pm they said we thought yall weren't coming and gave our room away but they gave us another one. I don't know wh y they said we thought yall wasn't coming when check in wasn't until 4pm. Good location for tram to old town hop on hop off. Breakfast not good.

Only stayed one night. Room was very nice and updated, bed was comfy and close the historic jail and foutain of youth.

Micky was very helpful and accommodating with our stay. great costumer service. very close to St George Street and other attractions. the breakfast was a bonus. it's perfect for what we needed. it's an older property but still nice. very comfortable bed and pillows.

Parking was plentiful. The area was safe and lit. The room was clean as was the bed and linens. The property is old and dated. Some of the outside hallways looked to be in a little rough shape. The city itself could use some more care to it for the historical place it is.

The room was so nasty that we couldn't even stay in there 5 minutes. We left immediately.

Rooms were ok. The only thing I noticed that the bathroom doors haven’t been cleaned in month

wanted $100 deposit which I think was a little weird for a room that definitely looks better in the pictures than a dozen person

Room was very basic but the floor was filthy, my bare feet after my shower were black in less than a minute One threadbare and very stained chair in the corner Didn’t stay to rate the breakfast

Room was nothing compared to the pictures online. I choose a king suite and it was nothing compared to what was online. The room had very old furniture that was torn. The bed sheets were stained the parking area was not to safe. I had stayed at hotels for under $100 and got a big moderate room. I spent over $200 for one night believing that it was like proclaimed online which it is not. Would never stay there again. Room didn't have extra lock had to put luggage in front of door in case someone would try to walk in.

This was a good place, perfectly located in St Augustine. The only thing that was very bad was the fact that the room had NO CLOSETS, so we had to keep our clothes hanged in the car. Not convenient at all, as I had few business meetings and I needed dress outfits that I was not even able to iron. Otherwise, all was okay.

We reserved for two nights but couldn’t stay the second.

We were here 4 nights and the hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. It's in a great location. The Mission Nombre De Dios is in walking distance. So is the Old Store Museum area where you can purchase tickets and catch the trolley. The Fountain of Youth and Magnolia Avenue are right behind the hotel, so also in walking distance and it was nice walking under the trees. The trolley stops at the hotel; which was really nice at the end of the day, after visiting the historic downtown and fort. The fort and town were too far for us to walk, so the second day we rode the trolly. I would defined stay here again.

Had a good breakfast and the parking was easy

This hotel has so much potential. The outside needs a good cleaning. The room was big. They need to get rid of the metal framed bed. The floor looked clean but it wasn’t. It needs to be mopped daily. Wear shoes or the bottom of your feet will be black quickly. The toilet seat had a crack. The breakfast was decent except the juices are very watered down. Great location next to The Fountain of Youth and you could hear the peacocks late into the night and very early in the morning.
