Great uptown location!!! Just steps aways from the Fountain of Youth and the old Jail attractions. Room was clean. If the housekeeper misses your room, you can get extra towels, toiletries and plastic trash bags from the front lobby staff. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. They had meat, scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee, Hot chocolate, bagels, and biscuits.

Good overall, unfortunately we left before breakfast. Our rooms were nice and clean.

The staff made the stay wonderful. The rooms are a 7 out of 10, but where clean. Tv did not work maybe the remote broken? Location is great especially if you want to hop on the local tour train. Would recommend for people on a budjet.

It worked out well. Kind of basic but the room was clean and large. The location was good, not "in" town but very walkable. Also, the staff were really nice and very conscientious.

Loved it - Best Breakfast we have ever had with a hotel.. I thought I booked a handicapped room thru Orbitz but the hotel moved me anyway!

La habitación estaba Ok, el personal bien, desayuno Ok, ubicación excelente.

Room was ok. Had an ant issue but front desk took care of it right away. Despite renovation of the room at some point prior still looked old and beds wernt as comfortable.

Staff very nice, breakfast was good. Some cosmetic imperfections in the room, but bed was comfortable and room clean.

Everything was good and it was one mile from the historic district which was very convenient to walk.

Breakfast was good and always hot. Parking great. Trolley (jump on off)picks up right at hotel and you can buy tickets at fronk desk. Can walk to fountain of youth! Hotel is going through up dates . Beds new, very clean rooms. Just something's they haven't replaced yet. Highly recommend this hotel.park your car and ride the trolley!

The location is fantastic, right next to the Fountain of Youth Archaeological site and a few minutes from the historic downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very basic and it didn’t have much of a variety, nor did it have a lot of healthy options.

Great place. Very convenient location. Walkable to George St.

The bed was hard, super hard. The floor was filthy. The frig made a loud humming sound when it was on. The heat setting was either to hot or to cold. Code violations, steps to the unit was to steep and the toilet was to close to the vanity. We were scheduled for three days but left after the first night. We were refused a refund. We will not use Expedia in the future as well.

Room was clean, hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Very friendly atmosphere. Will most definitely stay here again.
