Great location

Staff was nice and helpful. It was nice having a tram stop at the motel. Room was pretty clean and somewhat updated. TV was too small for the room. Site was pretty clean but some landscape was in need of upkeep. Convenient location for most attractions. Not a bad place for the price. Easy walk to The Foundation of Youth attraction.

The room was large. It had a comfortable chair with footstool and a large desk/counter with chair, mini fridge, no freezer, Microwave, tv, closet, separate bath with shower, a/c. The only thing that would have helped would have been better water pressure, the shower sprayed, but not hard enough to feel clean after a hot day. The Trolley drives threw the parking lot, which was convenient. The staff was friendly. Having breakfast was a bonus and the room price was great, especially with breakfast!

The lady that checked us in on Friday night was very helpful. She helped me try to find a Laundromat in the area and went out of her way to do so.

Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Room felt unsafe and was dirty outside.

I love the location and that it is a trolley stop. Very quiet. Breakfast was amazing. The room was pretty dated and dirty.

It was close by to everything we needed and the beaches. It is more of a motel vibe than a villa. Breakfast was very basic.overall it did workout for my and my friend for the weekend for a wedding near by. Beautiful town, beautiful views.

Really quaint venue, reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staff. Only opportunity for improvement is better interior window treatments to fully block out outside lighting and quieter air conditioning unit. Otherwise, definitely worth a visit.

This hotel is very run down. Not very cleans at all. We even had ants in our shower. It was very noisy and there were always people smoking outside the room doors which caused my room to smell like smoke. There was even a barking dog in one of the rooms. I don’t think that pets are allowed in the hotel. The best thing about this hotel was the location. We would not stay here again.

Mold in bathroom, unsanitary. Other people’s hair in bed and stains on all furniture and sheets. “Upgraded rooms” shown in pictures do not exist. Construction dust all over room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close.

The room looked better in the picture than in person. A lot of wear and tear that's not disclosed.

Staff was great. Room was clean and recently remodeled. We did have to resort to using the towels to prevent water stains (including from the ice bucket). Perfect location for catching the trolley, walking to restaurants, liquor store conventionally sharing the parking lot. Outside can sometimes feel the "not safest" at night (but that's not the hotels fault). It was a great place to sleep and perfect location for enjoying St Augustine.

Being updated, older place, our room showed the age, but was clean and comfy.

Para $98 por una noche,no está mal ya que desayuno está incluido y de este hablamos después. El hotel está bien ubicado en la zona,a 15 minutos del centro caminando,como todo hotel de paso,está un poco desgastado pero está en buenas condiciones,la habitación limpia,buen colchón,cero olor a humedad que te ahoga,el AC funcional al 100/100,el baño nuevo(por lo menos mi habitación),en general la habitación le doy un 4.6/5. El desayuno ,no me lo espere que fuera tan bueno y variado,muy variado y los empleados muy atentos. A este hotel,para ser de carretera o de pasada ,para el precio ,yo le doy 4.7/5. Con confianza
