My room had a sewer smell in bathroom. The tile floor always seemed moist. The bed was super comfortable and things seemed pretty clean. The staff were very helpful. Location is perfect to Limelight Theatre and several good eateries that you can just walk too! The peacocks from Fountain of Youth will wake you up though!

We checked in really late and the guy working the front desk was really nice and helpful. The rooms didn't look as nice as they do online. The smell was musty in the room. I just tried to keep it pretty cool to maybe help with the smell but no luck. They could probably figure out something to do with the shower curtain. When you take a shower the water gets all over the floor because the curtain isn't long enough to stay inside. The chair in the room was really dirty. We just didn't use it. The light was really rusty. Which happens close to the beach. The fridge stayed super cold so that was nice. The outdoor furniture could definitely use an update. The location was really nice. The pool was nice also. Maybe a little clean up in that area would be good. The only thing I had was the coffee for the breakfast so I can't speak on that. I just wish it looked more the the pictures.

We loved the location, 600 feet from the Fountain of Youth and many other historic sites. The owner and his son Micky were very friendly and attentive to their guests, we also enjoyed the included breakfast. We will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Historic Saint Augustine.

Receptionist was a bit rude, hotel is run down on the exterior, interior is average. Breakfast room is terrible and the food was poor quality. Location is over a mile to downtown so a bit far to walk. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was also very good as we use the tram so we parked our vehicle in front of our room and never had to move it as we used the tram to get around town getting picked up in front of our hotel and drop back off in the evening.

Old and outdated. Pictures give false hope

Have been staying in this hotel over 10 years. Great location.

Out room was never cleaned. The floors, cabinets, everything were never cleaned. Bathroom smelled like mildew and shower curtain low and water got on the entire floor when shower was used.

It wasn't nearly as nice as the pictures show

Staff was friendly and room was clean. It’s a nice facility, just older so some things are more worn out than it appeared in the pictures. Great location in terms of convenience- took 7 minutes to get to the Pier/Publix. The pool was warm so a good swim.

The location was great, backing up right next to the Fountain of Youth Park. Be prepared for the screeching of the free-roaming peacocks at the park! The room was clean but basic. No frills but the AC worked well. The one problem was a gap under the door where a few bugs made their way in. I reported it to the desk when I checked out so maybe it will be fixed. The local hop on/hop off tour trolley comes right through the parking lot so very convenient for those customers. Complimentary parking is a great bonus. The breakfast was basic with biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, yogurt, pastries, juice and coffee. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Needs some serious up keep outside and inside. The trolley tourists go right through parking lot past rooms with loud tour guide voices heard from inside room.

Check-in/checkout-out went smoothly. They tell you exactly how to get around their facility and where things are. They had a wonderful breakfast and it was usually packed full of people. We would stay here again.

Beautiful old style motel with updated amenities. Close to everything you would want to see in St. Augustine. The hop on hop off trolley cones right through their property making it convenient to pick up and see the old town.
