The place was dirty and furniture was stained. The breakfast was surprisingly good

The room has very old and dirty furniture and the floors looked like they weren't swept or moped. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Parking was a plus.

The rooms require improved cleanliness, and the curtains and shades also need to be cleaned. The price per night does not correspond to the condition of the rooms.

Property has a charm for sure based on its surroundings. Convenient that there is a tram stop on property which makes it easy to go tour the city and travel to over 20 locations. Parking spaces are tight for large vehicles. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning which was a bit of a bummer but place was clean. To be fair, they did say they were having issues with the hot water heater when I checked in but didn’t offer a different room. Remote for tv didn’t work and couldn’t get the hair dryer working. Charging port on the desk lamp was also broken. I did check that the outlet was reset for the hair dryer. If I was staying for more than one night I would have had to work harder for things we take for granted so hopefully the hotel isn’t the charm you’re expecting. But it is close to many of the points of interest. Breakfast was pretty typical lukewarm eggs and sausage with an array of coffee, juice, cereals, and packaged mini muffins. Nothing I would write home about. Dining room was a little tight and getting around makes everyone uncomfortable.

Outdated walls scuffed up

Villa it is not! The pictures on the site have zero resemblance of what the actual property and rooms look like! Upon checking in I discovered the room to be filthy! Dust everywhere and multiple stains on the furniture and on the walls! See the pictures!

My honest opinion is a 5/10 overall

The pictures are much nicer than in person, Couldn't hardly see the pool from all the shrubs grown up, Room was ok but not what i expected. Shower water pressure came out a trickle. The furniture was scratched up and a big patch of white spray paint on the wall under the TV. The morning of my departure i was going yo get breakfast and as i opened to door a huge roach ran up the door and stayed there until i left. Spend more money and stay someplace nicer. I was beyond disappointed. I will NEVER stay there again. The lady that checked me in also was holding her sleeping child the entire time she took care of my check in. Not professional at all. The breakfast was luke warm and only had like 8 tables in there for guests to sit and eat at. People were standing up waiting for people to leave so they could sit down and eat. Horrible stay from beginning to end..

The Property is old, fully expected. The walls were dirty, dust on the main wall, like a picture had been there and removed and dust remianed. Shade and windows were dirty/stained. Heavy dust in the bathroom fan. Very very heavy smell of bleach. Bedding/towels were clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was loud. Small convience store attached was a bonus. Breakfast was the exact same every day and subpar. Locstion was just as described, 20 min from downtown. Felt safe walking. The sitting area could be nice if it was cleaned up daily. I have tried communicating thru our booking but have been told to call when someone in charge is present, which is during working hours only it seems.

Room wasn't too clean

Cool old tree in the parking lot. Beds have a metal base and clang a bit when you get into them. Staff was super nice.

A little dated but clean. Shopping is near the hotel. Historic landmark. The trolley is very convenient.

There were fleas in our bed. Not good

The place is a bit outdated, but it was very clean. It worked well for a one-night stay, especially considering the price.

Within walking distance of st George st with a decent price. The room did have a strong bleach smell when we first arrived. It later smelled like bleach attempting to cover a mildew smell the rest of the stay especially if you turned the ac off. The breakfast was ok, a bit cold. Best part of this hotel is the closeness to the historic district and water

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar. Parking was adequate and free unlike other area hotels. Great location. Parked my car and walked everywhere. Close to attractions but not the congestion. .

Property outside and in needs a good overhaul, furniture very basic although beds were clean, shower floor not up to standard and no lock on bathroom door. Swimming pool could do with a new lining as well. I paid in full upon booking but still had to give credit card on arrival. Instead of taking imprint of card they charged me 100 dollars deposit which was taken from my card immediately now I have to wait 2/3 days for refund since checking out x
