Kids had fun and loved the lights outside. Staff were very friendly. Will visit again

The Villa 1565 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner, needs some maintenance. Every time it cycled on it sounded like someone with a bunch of shopping bags was breaking into the room.

Was ok for the proximity to oldtown and convenience

Ok place to stay for the money. Looks like they gave been updating rooms so our room looked good. Had to switch rooms since the AC in the first one didn't cool but there were no issues switching. Breakfast was ok but have had better at the major chains.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, nice little breakfast in the morning to start your day. Right beside the Fountaine of Youth, we saw a beauriful Peacock right outside the hotel in between the hotel & Fountain of youth. We can hear the Peacocks from the hotel. Love the sitting area where the 600 years old tree is. Nice pool and friendly staff! Great price and very well situated! Over all we really liked our stay! Thanky you

I arrived to the property and nothing was as described on their website. Durty all over, doors, everything was old. I could not stayed or sleep in a place like that. Lost my money.

The outside of the building is dirty and piles of dust on the window The patio furniture is visible broken from far away. All wicker furniture is severely ripped. The breakfast area shown in the website is not even the same area or furniture they show you in the picture. The curtain was ripped. Highly disappointed from what I thought I was getting based on their website.

The hotel is budget friendly and well located, but there’s a couple of flaws that it should not have, not even for a cheap price, we saw a couple of roaches, the small ones, and also the shower has a lot of pressure but in a really bad way because there’s little few water but way to much pressure that it hurts when you are taking a shower. For the two nights that we were there and almost never in the room, otherwise I would definitely had complained about it on the front desk. Overall is not a bad place to stay but those things need to get fix

We stayed in the King Deluxe, these rooms have been renovated. Very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty with lots of variety. Loved that the trolley stopped right in the center of the complex. The trolley saved us a bucket in parking fees. Great location and value!

This hotel is definitely convenient if you are taking the Trolley as it is along their route and is one of the stops on the map. My only complaint is the peacocks next door at the fountain of youth can be fairly loud at night and early morning. Also we did not use the pool since there were no lounge chairs to sunbathe on which was disappointing. The free buffet breakfast each morning was nice!

Does not look like the pictures. Very dirty, had to change rooms. Sheets had stuff all over them and bathroom did not get cleaned.

The staff were cordial, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The overall location was very convenient.

Location was great for all historic sites. Clean, updated room. Nice and extremely helpful staff. Met owner and son and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Definitely check out Magnolia Street behind the hotel and enjoy the peacocks. Definitely would recommend and will be staying again. Pool was maintained and warm.

Very hospitable staff!!!

Rooms were clean, associates nice, breakfast acceptable. The pictures online were very outdated, no loungers by the pool, courtyard had old broken chairs and scattered around. Very dated, BUT the trolly does stop right at the hotel so that is a huge plus if you don’t want to drive!

We were given a room, pullled back the sheets to find hair and filth as if the sheets had not been washed, the floors were dirty and the room smelled of mildew, we called and asked were given a second room and walked In same thing, filthy floors, shower had grime on the walls and floors, we pulled back the sheets and found a false eyelash strip stuck to the blankets. Needless to say I highly DO NOT recommend and you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Shame to call it a hotel, it’s a very low quality motel.
