Location and price are key on this one! Remodeled but should have chosen a better contractor. Room appears clean at first look but only the basics like tub & sink have been recently cleaned. Bedding was clean, too. Great air conditioner, tv & quiet atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included coffee, juice, yogurt, streusel cakes, and hot foods (these were unappealing to me). Felt safe here. We used for an overnight stay visiting St. Augustine.

Very close to everything and next door to the fountain of youth. Bed was comfortable, room could have been a little cleaner and smelled like mildew. There was no hot water but that was fixed in 10 minutes. Overall great location

The staff wasn’t welcoming as expected. We checked in 24 minutes before check in time and multiple guests were checked in before and after us and we were checked in 4 minutes before 4pm. We had palmetto bugs in our room and it was not the best experience. They did provide extra towels

Room was clean and office staff nice. Not sure what was up the bed in our room bed made creaking wood noise every time we moved. Small parking spots.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms are dated and definitely not more than 2 stars. Breakfast is good and location is great—within walking distance to downtown area if you can walk. Nice and safe walk. Ayara restaurant across the street has great Thai food. Nice shops also walking distance. Overall good experience but very, very dated.

The outside of this hotel, as well as the lobby is in much need of a deep power washing! The first room we were given looked clean, but when we pulled down the cover to check the sheets, there were stains all over. Those could have been from the wash, but we weren't taking any chances. We were given a new room which must have just been cleaned, because it smelled as if a gallon of bleach had spilled in it. That said, the bed and bath were very clean. The sofa in the room desperately needed cleaning, as it was stained likely from years of sweat, sunscreen, and who knows what else. The room had a lot of granite counter space, which epuld have been ideal for the microwave and coffemaker, instead they were so near the floor that you had to get on your knees to use—we chose not to. The backside of the window treatment was covered in black mold. Two positives: the front desk person was pleasant, and changed our room without issue, and their breakfast was basic, but decent. This place has tons of potential in the right hands.

The hospitality was amazing. The room was big. The only problem was the bed closest to the entry door kept making noise when you would sit down on it or turn in the bed. Also, there were ants in the bathroom other than that it was OK.

The room was spotless. Shower pressure was amazing after walking all day. Great location for walking into town. Restaurants close by. The Attraction Fountain Of youth was right out the back gate. Price was reasonable for this area The free breakfast was a nice added touch . Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and informative.

We stayed for a week. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to main attractions. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Such a wonderful place!

The room was dirty (sheets stained, the lamp was stained, surfaces were dirty, etc etc) and it smelled really bad. The pictures that they use were like false advertising. This is not as it appears.

While the floors were clean and so was the bedding, and the beds were comfortable, the entire hotel is in great disarray and debilitating status. It is in great need of paint and much repair work. Air conditioning/heating system does not work correctly. Water pump cavitates upon use. Grounds are in very poor condition. Did not look anything like the pictures offered on your website.
