Very nice property, friendly staff, clean and safe. One mile walk to St Augustine Proper, restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!!

It was very clean, walking distance to downtown easy parking.

Property was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 3 nights for nights of lights festival. Walkable to everything and a trolley stop right there Rooms were updated. Staff was very accommodating. We needed a pack and play so I called the morning of check in. They weren’t sure they had one. When we checked in our room we had a brand new pack and play waiting for us. I’m pretty sure one of the staff members went out to get it that day.

Room was fine and comfortable for the one night we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king room we stayed in needs a little attention. The queen bedroom we also had was great! Parking was easy and great to have. Location close to everything

My children and I stayed for two nights and the staff was amazing! Answered all of our questions and were so helpful! It was less than a 5 minute walk to shopping and food. About 10 minutes to everything else. Will definitely return for future stays!

Pretty good for the price. Keep in mind you are not paying luxury. But everything is pretty decent and it has a stop for the trollies in the parking lot.

Very dated property and not satisfied with its cleanliness. The only thing that stands out is the proximity to downtown

Staff is exceptional—very professional and courteous. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to downtown. Easy access to several restaurants. We will be back!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The photos are misleading as part of it looks as if it has been updated but overall it is a “landlord’s special”. Putting all of this aside we found a roach in the middle of the night. I rented a total of 3 rooms and all my family mentioned the room’s conditions and how gross it was to stay there. I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but it did! We carried a roach with us. We only saw one in our truck and can’t say if there were more, but coming home I left our suitcases outside our home for a week. Please, please find another room unless you want the extra guests.

Closeness to the historic site and very helpful staff. Especially Shackera went out of her way in hospitality. Very helpful for setting up the tours and transportation.

This hotel is walkable to the historic district and has plenty of parking. Our room was large and clean. It has been updated but the quality was not good. Breakfast buffet was ok. I would recommend this establishment for a short visit. It does have a historic tree on the property that is over 600 years old called “Old Senator”
