Great staff but the deluxe room didn’t seem all that nice. The couch was visibly worn out and we found bugs around the room

Had an ant infestation in our first room until we asked to have another room they made it happen with no issue other then that it was good.

Dirty, outdated and awful breakfast

The staff was short to the paying customers ,when asked a question. Me and my Wife was there 4 days and I had to end up taking a cold shower every day. So that really needs to be looked at.

Amenities were not well maintained. Building was rundown, dirty and surrounding green areas were not well manicured. Ice maker in our building was not working and the one that worked was dirty. Room did not look clean and the shower had no water pressure.

The place was charming, the room (170) was nice and accomodating, and the bed was big and fairly firm, and we slept like rocks. The tiled floor was cold and could have used a mopping, but the shower was big and worked fine. The pool was well maintained and the breakfast was good and abundant, with all the normal breads and cereals, juices, and sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits-nice. What really stood out was the wonderful front desk lady Joanna. She was so sweet, kind, helpful, effortlessly wonderful, the best hotel person we have ever run across. The property was very nice overall, with plenty of minor faults, but you can park right near your door, and it is free parking, so we liked it.

Positives include easy parking, clean room, modern interior and bathroom (except tiny TV) great air conditioning, bedding, and lighting. Breakfast could be improved by offering less choices but higher quality.

Massive gap under door that let in a lot of light noise and critters. Shower pressure terrible. Location convenient. You get what you pay for price wise here. Good for the price.

The staff was super friendly, and the property is on the trolley route. The rooms had been updated but the walls were thin, and there was a lot of rust( which does come with the sea air). Overall for an overnight trip to St. Augustine it was okay.

Over all a great stay, outside/landpscaping needs updated and weeded.

Staff was nice and helpful. It was nice having a tram stop at the motel. Room was pretty clean and somewhat updated. TV was too small for the room. Site was pretty clean but some landscape was in need of upkeep. Convenient location for most attractions. Not a bad place for the price. Easy walk to The Foundation of Youth attraction.

The room was large. It had a comfortable chair with footstool and a large desk/counter with chair, mini fridge, no freezer, Microwave, tv, closet, separate bath with shower, a/c. The only thing that would have helped would have been better water pressure, the shower sprayed, but not hard enough to feel clean after a hot day. The Trolley drives threw the parking lot, which was convenient. The staff was friendly. Having breakfast was a bonus and the room price was great, especially with breakfast!
