Staff great! Walls thin we heard our neighbors all night, I thought it was the tv and asked my husband to turn the tv down. It was clean, except for the floors my socks were filthy!

The room needs a bit of update

It was a great I’d place to stay with nice staff.

We came here for Valentines day the pictures provided looked very romantic however it doesn't reflect the current condition of the property. I was extremely disappointed pulling in especially after spending almost $300 for the night. If there was another room available elsewhere we wond not have stayed here. I know this is a historical area but it definitely looks more run down in person. Some TLC is very much needed. The inside of the room was pretty much the same. The doors looked dirty. The floors looked like they had never been cleaned, stains on the sheets, hairs found everywhere. We asked for new linen and it was provided right away. The walls are also super thin. The people staying next to us kept us up until about 3am doing what sounded like wrestling and you could here every word they were saying. We enjoyed our time in St Augustine but i will not be staying here again.

The pictures do NOT represent the condition of the property. Clearly they have been photoshopped. This is an old HoJo (Howard Johnson) and despite attempts to update the rooms, it needs much more work/investment. On a positive note, the front office staff was very nice.

Great Location, just an OK hotel...nothing special, nothing bad. Just OK

Room and bathroom was good. However the bed was horrible!!

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and very walkable.

The whole hotel needs updated. The outside is rundown , and the first bedroom was filthy, the floor was covered in filth. I am extremely upset that Expedia would use this hotel.

The breakfast was bad leak in the shower.

This place is dated. Doesn’t look anything like the photos on their website. The desk chair in the room was broken. The walls needed to be painted. It was clean. The parking lot needs to be paved.
