We had a great time, room was comfortable. Whirlpool was was also relaxing

Hot tub was nice Room to room noise was a little loud

The stay was nice and located near the fox river shopping mall. Location was near the hwy. Kim (staff member) was very nice and accommodating when we first arrived and checked in. Room was clean. The stay was enjoyable.

Very clean and safe place to stay for my son and I. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and lots of dining in the area.

Our hand soap dispenser was broken, our window shades were broken and when I opened the cupboard to the fridge, to door fell off. Room was very tiny as well.

Service us excellent but the beds felt like concrete.

The evening manager was wonderful. Very helpful and kind after a medical Emergency.
