It was nice and accommodating

The GM here is AMAZING! Not only was the property and location great, but on a personal level him and other staff members went above and beyond and helped me help a stranded young lady who needed some assistance. 5 stars across the board.

Very clean and inviting hotel. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend staying at the hotel for family and friends.

Despite it being in a city-like setting… it’s a nice, clean, well staffed, and quiet place. I liked it a lot.

Free shuttle service to and from the Kia Center where we went for a concert was great!

Close to downtown and they offer a shuttle within a couple of miles of the hotel. We went to Disney one day and it cost $22 for an Uber to get there (around $50 return). The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable so this was a perfect stay. My only comment is that there is a surcharge for parking that I wasn’t aware of.

We stayed for a quick one night stay while visiting family for thanksgiving. The service was great and our room clean and comfortable!

Hotel was nice however the loud music all night that sounded like the speaker was in our room made sleep impossible! Staff didn’t even ask how our stay was when checking out to raise this as a concern. Wouldn’t stay again
