Called the number associated with the property to inquire if there was a fee for leaving vehicle onsite during trip as it didn't show a fee online. The person who answered the phone said he would check, and he then told me there was no fee. Upon checking in, I was advised it cost $15 per night to leave the car. As i reached out for support, customer service called it a "misunderstanding" and dropped my call three times. Staff answering the phone should relay accurate information, and if not, the hotel should stand behind information that was used to base a decision on.
