Awesome stay , it was clean with a full kitchenette with reasonable rates..

The room smelled of cigarettes and there was hair al over the shower and towels. None of thr kitchen supplies were available

Water to toilet was off there was no hot water

At check in-I was placed on the third floor-and then told no other rooms were available and that the elevator wasn’t working. Thank goodness I wasn’t disabled or elderly or those stairs would have been miserable without even an offer of help from staff. The room key then didn’t work after going up three flights of stairs. Manager on duty (Dewayne) was rude but did reset key. The King Suite room we were given was in good condition except that the toilet was broken and there were some places the walls looked stained. When calling to the front desk to ask to have the toilet looked at we were immediately moved to a new room across the hall to a Queen Suite with fewer amenities and dirtier bathroom and floors-but at least the toilet worked. When asking Dewayne about the difference in room and bed size I was told that it would be “figured out tomorrow with Mindy.” The manager Mindy the following day at checkout was unaware of the room change or request for a refund of the difference in room and bed booking cost. I gave my phone number and name and was told I would be called in an hour or so with at least an update. 12 hours later and no call. When I call the hotel the phone is hung up on me and I can’t leave a voicemail. Terrible service, dirty rooms, and promised fixes didn’t happen.

The front desk has limited working hours but opens up for late arrivals. The hotel staff member was friendly and helpful. The entrance was spotless and the room was great. What would have made the stay even better, especially as I arrived quite late, would have been basic toiletries like shampoo.

This was certainly a very affordable stay but next time I would pay more and stay elsewhere. There are red flags about this place as soon as you come in the door, for example, you on a big screen with "recording in progress," as if they are used to dealing with criminals or something. Be aware that they do not provide any dishes in the kitchenette so if you want to use it, bring your own. There are no extra blankets or towels and if you request more you get charged. The room was pretty clean but there were strange holes/marks around the room--in the recliner and in the walls as if someone had stabbed the room repeatedly. Just creepy and strange but at no point did we actually feel in danger.

Location was great. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit dated but bed was nice and room was clean.

I liked everything except there was not someone at the desk 24/7 but other than that it was great and we will definitely come back

Room was nice since it did have a clean bed, I could tell it hadn't been vacuum and I found some kind of bug (Im not an expert but if I had to guess I would say a bed bug) I have a picture, bed was super clean my 3 nights beside that bug in the bathroom. Staff likes to prop side doors open with wood chips and smoke cigarettes, I left about 3 times a day and every time there was a housekeeper or some man outside smoking right by my car or by the exit! Before I left I told the lady outside smoking how inconsiderate she is :) besides being locked out of my room because front desk put me checking out a day prior I had privacy and a warm place to stay with my dog.
