I like everything. Easy access clean

I would have given zero stars if that allowed. The bathroom \ toilet was leaking. I booked a room with two queen beds. I asked if I could change rooms. They did not have another similar room but had a room with two king beds. I saw room availability online.

Mussten selber ein anderes Hotel suchen. Gästeservice hat total versagt. Die USB Stecker funktionierten nicht. Da Karte und Tickets digital sind, war dies für uns wichtig. War eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Convenient,clean

We changed rooms because there was something dripping down the wall in the bathroom, the bed sounded like it was resting on aluminum garbage cans, and the tv only had 4 working channels. The worker at the main desk was very nice and kindly switched rooms for us. 2nd room was fine. At 1045pm, another worker knocked on the door then opened it, thankfully i had the latch on the door. Apparently someone in another room ordered towels, but they had the wrong room. This woke up my whole family and made it difficult to get the kid back to sleep. There was also another family at the pool who was coughing up phlegm and spitting it into the pool. Wouldnt stay again.

Staff was not listening to guest’s comments on the alarm in the room was on at unusual time.

Too much price

We stayed two nights for a family trip to NYC, like everything in a big city is trip but coming back to the hotel and be greeted with a smile made it all better! The kids really enjoyed the hot chocolate station they had out.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, well-kept room. Heat easy to adjust. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

To get to the hotel the drive through was difficult

It may have just been my rooms location but I felt like this hotel was very poorly constructed and I stay in a lot of hotels. I heard the conversations of people on either side of me at normal voice levels, the people above me kept dropping things and it sounded like a bowling alley was up there, I heard the water running of other peoples showers and also the water running through pipes. This isn’t the fault of the current staff who were all friendly but just wanted to let others know in case this would bother them.

The property was in a good location for where we needed to be. Surprisingly there was a hot tub we weren't expecting but was so full of chlorine that everyone had burning eye and we were all sneezing. The hotel was close to the road so it was very noisy at night and hard to sleep. Walls were very thin so you could hear your neighbor quite clearly. Breakfast was not to my liking. Eggs were salty, sausages were very over cooked and the pancake machine was broken. The coffee wasn't too bad though.

It was very clean and the quiet. Very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was. Nice. I love how they had egg corns guesses for their customers and whomever is the closest will receive 10,000 award points. I also loved that they put the Christmas tree up and they had a Santa mailbox for the kids to write Santa letters. We love the location bc it's close to everything. And I mean everything. We will be going back again. ❤️🙏
