Clean and comfortable. Grocery store, gas station, Burger King on site.

Great and convenient place to overnight on our way to Italy. Comfortable beds, crisp linen, breakfast that offered anything you‘d want including potent coffee. It is literally on the motorway, with easy parking just outside the door. Accessible building and showers. Very clean. Staff was super nice.

abbiamo trovato un sacchetto di patatine usato in camera, quindi la pulizia non è stata accurata. Check in fatto bene e velocemente. colazione buona e sufficientemente varia. Un pò troppo caldo in camera.

Ligt naast Burger King op afslag snelweg, goede prijs voor Zwitserse begrippen. Inclusief ontbijt maar dat was een chaos, te veel mensen met te weinig eten en personeel. Al met al, prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Hotel with a good location for a car trip. Easy to access Lucern and also have very nice options to charge your EV car in the surrounding area, together with diner and shopping options.

Our room was not clean at all! Dogshi…. On the carpet and the curtons, sink in the bathroom was detached, water went right on the floor! We mentioned it at the desk, answer: come back tomorrow and ask for another room, but not earlier than 9AM cause we wont have anything ready before and you can‘t get into the new room before 4PM!!!!! We did keep our room, i fixed the sink…… cleaning was terrible, we stayed two weeks, all they did is, make the bed and bring new towels and toilett paper, that was it, wat a terrible experience. We wont come back!

Nice hotel in the road to Italy

Handy hotel directly on the motorway with plenty of parking & large rooms. Well maintained & clean with nice bathroom. Burger king & self service buffet restaurant on site. Very good breakfast with the added bonus that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for an extra cost & nice countryside walks nearby

Il rumore dei clienti, soprattutto figli dei clienti, a mezzanotte nella hall dell’hotel che si diffondeva nelle camere del piano terreno. Chiesto aiuto alla reception ma non risolto il problema.

Super Hôtel situé idéalement sur une aire d'autoroute, donc pas besoin de tourner pendant une heure pour le trouver. Aire d'autoroute ? Oui mais calme assuré, confort et services. Je conseille.

Location

The property was overall okay to stay in and the breakfast was fine too. However, the rooms were dirty and all linen covers, bedsheets had marks and stains. The rooms don’t have the AC in them so they are quite hot and difficult to stay in for longer. Also, the phone charging stations in the hotel lobby area do not work at all so we had to buy a new adaptor for our iphones.

Good parking and quiet

I think we were expecting all of the modern amenities of a N. American Holiday Inn, but the space was extraordinarily tight, very small bathroom/shower, no a/c and just a desktop fan to move air. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. I do feel like the space was clean, and the breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly, and it wasn’t their fault that there was a very loud tour group also staying. The location is a convenient stop off the highway, where there are several food options. Across from the hotel there is a farm/park with a lot of nice walking paths. So, overall, some pros, some cons—just depends on what you are expecting.

Tolles modernes Hotel. Sehr sauber. 10 Min. mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt von Luzern. Rundherum Wanderwege. Autobahn überhaupt nicht störend. Frühstück okay und ausreichend. Kann man nur empfehlen. Wirklich super!

This is a great hotel to stay when you are traveling. It's clean, good beds and good breakfast for the price you pay. I was satisfied.

Breakfast choices were very good. This hotel is at a “travel plaza”, what US residents would call a “truck stop”. The restaurant at the plaza, Marche, offers a wide range of fresh cooked food, salads, etc. There is also a small Co-op grocery. We chose this hotel because it was on the route of a walking trail we wished to explore, and were pleased with the accommodations and the ease of walking to Sempach. It is not on public transportation but we easily got car service from the train station at Emmenbrucke.
