El servicio muy amable. Esta muy cerca de la Plaza España, por lo que fácilmente puedes caminar a varios puntos clave en Roma.

Great service! We stayed in this hotel for one night after our return to Rome before our flight the next day. A unique building, which we liked. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need. The staff were all great and really helpful to us our last morning before our flight. :)

The property was very clean and staff very welcoming.

Decepcionante Minha experiência no Hotel foi muito abaixo do esperado. O elevador é extremamente antigo, lento e quase sempre ocupado, o que causou bastante inconveniente. O quarto era pequeno, com espaço mal planejado – mal cabe uma única mala – e, para piorar, havia um odor desagradável no ambiente. Não recomendo, especialmente para quem busca conforto e praticidade.

Even though one has to take an. Elevator to get to the lobby it was safe. Room a bit small but quiet and comfortable. Intensive shower for European city hotels! Added bonus was the different free walking tours and activities the hotel chain (BZar) organizes. The tour guides (Eliza and Virgilio) were great and since I was traveling solo it was nice to have these daily activities. The front desk person was very friendly and offered me Prosecco or water when I arrived! Nice touch!

An elegant little hotel in the heart of Rome. Everything was readily accessible to us. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful, offering everything from eggs, bacon, muesli and yogurt to pastries. The staff are all wonderful too. We hope to return!

Super fantastik hotel, god beliggenhed tæt på alt sød personale god morgenmad og god værelser.. Virkelig super hotel klart anbefaledes og det bliver ikke sidste gang.

The room was very clean and beautiful, the staff was very helpful, Jazmin, Veronica, Gabriele and all the staff were amazing.

We arrived at 10 am from a 12 hour flight. The room wasn't ready until 3 pm. However the staff was friendly and helpful, they keep our luggage and allow us to change clothes. The room was clean. The location is perfect and close to transportation and attractions. There is no outlets to charge cell phones or plug electronics. You need to request an adaptor from the front desk. Overall , we had a great experience and highly recommend The City Palace.
