Rooms vary clean

Nice little boutique hotel. Close to everything and reasonable , especially if you compare it to others in the area. Staff is always helpful and friendly . Beds could use replacing , not pillowtop, but comfortable. Bring your own pillow if you are picky like I am. Continental breakfast included and no fee for parking. Great value.

Polite staff clean room

Pet friendly, not peole friendly. Had dog barking in the room next to ours. Nothing done after multiple compplaints. No sleep.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. So clean. Warm, smells lovely in the lounge and hallways. Gracious staff, easy check in, convenient to everything

its a fantastic location for family gathering. The inn isn't very big but it is absolutely a great place for us with good breakfast and helpful staff.it is doubtless to stay in again.

Perfect Family getaway for our stay in Orilia! Staff were very friendly and ccommodating to our room requests. The suite and bedrrom is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is charming and the pool is warm and inviting. Easy accrss to get around town. Thank you for ypur hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay!!

First room had a very smelly refrigerator and the TV reception was terrible. Told them at the Front Desk and was moved to another room that was great. The breakfast had a good selection and was very good.

The room was just what we needed and just around the corner from the people we came to visit. We will definitely book again.

The lobby area was decorated nicely for Christmas. Love the tree and all the deco, making it warm and inviting as you walked in. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

We enjoyed our stay

Very friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Beautiful front lobby and nice room. Did have some trouble connecting with the wifi initially but after several attempts were able to connect. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff didn't know the properties rules. About pets. The property had a few run down and broken things. Wasnt expensive so it's my moneys worth.
