Très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel propre et à la décoration sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Malheureusement on nous avait, sans nous aviser, alloué une chambre pour handicapé ; de ce fait la salle de bain était très grande et peu fonctionnel au dépend de la chambre devenue ainsi trop petite pour évoluer convenablement.

Chambre et salle de bains trop exigües pour un tarif de 295 Euros la nuit,par contre proximité du centre ville appréciable pendant cette période de fête

Great place and location 10 minute walk from Colmar center

Mi estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y bien equipadas. El personal fue muy amable, y el desayuno, delicioso. Aunque no está en el centro, la ubicación es conveniente, tiene parking y también transporte público cercano; además, el centro está a solo diez minutos a pie. ¡Me encantó! Repetiría en caso de volver.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are modern, spacious and have the bonus of either a memory foam or standard pillow. There is water bottle filling station and a coffee machine in the lobby available at all hours. The breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection, though there is a charge. The only drawback is the long walk,a good 30 minutes from the train station. 12 mins to the Christmas markets.

The room was very noisy. Next to a busy street. 15 minute walk from center of town.

Déception totale quant au prix déboursé. Chambre (N°26) annoncée comme la plus calme finalement les clim à l'extérieur se trouvant juste derrière nos têtes nous ont empêché de dormir tout la nuit. Inadmissible et incohérent pour une nuit à 350€. Nous l'avons dit à l'accueil qui nous a remboursé les petits déjeuner. Deal accepté bien sûr et très appréciable d'avoir un dédommagement MAIS cela ne change rien à la nuit horrible passée. La douche également, sans contour c'est pas possible on se lave les dents sur l'eau il faut rectifier cela

The room at this hotel was ridiculously small. I was staying with my daughter, and there was not enough room to lay out our bags. We had to take turns in the morning packing up. The bathroom was quite large, which made no sense to me and we stored some stuff in there, the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Christmas market so the location was handy. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. There was only instant coffee in the room as there was no room for a coffee maker. The room is heated and cooled by a unit above the bed that blew on the bed all night (the bed filled the room so there was no other place it could blow). The amount of money we pay for this room I would not stay again!

Hôtel situé à 10/15 minutes de marche des marchés de Noël d’une propreté irréprochable, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et le petit déjeuner juste fabuleux !

En general la propiedad está bien el problema es que la persona que te recibe durante la mañana una chica rubia que solamente habla francés inglés tiene muy mal humor es muy poco amable y muy grosera sobre todo con las personas que necesitamos asistencia …….la chica de la tarde era súper agradable pero la que es terriblemente grosera es la de la mañana

Hotel neuf Proche du centre historique . Personnel à l écoute. Petit dejeuner copieux et tres bon.

Soggiorno piacevole

La estancia en el hotel fué buena, buen desayuno, habitación limpia y cómoda. Tiene un área pequeña para distraerse. Queda a 10 min caminando al centro histórico y a 25 min. a la estación de tren. Pero si tu salida es temprano, debes reservar desde el día anterior un taxi si lo requieres. Es difícil encontrar uno temprano, antes de las 8. El personal muy amable.

Très bon accueil chambre à l'étage et vu sur parking comme nous l'avions demandé, proche ville à pied . Déjeuner un peu cher. Personnel très convivial.

Hotel 3 stars walking distance to Colmar city center. Very convenient for long weekend. Parking free at the hotel or around. Nice breakfast , free water fountain and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
