Great hotel, quiet area, excellent sauna and gym! Very convenient parking

Good and convenient

Was clean, quiet, great that restaurant was just down stairs, great parking, central to town, does really need a lift as was with my 85 year old mother & hard to go up two flights of stairs.

Clean quiet all services quick check I and check out close to centre of town easy walk to my reds durinstay

Ideal comfortable and very ice staff.

Staff were very helpful. We were right on the last orders for food if not a little late but got all our orders through and out to us very quickly. Steaks were not as good as last time when they were fantastic but that happens sometimes of course.

Clean rooms and friendly staff - surprised at having to wait 75 minutes for evening meal after which time I queried when we would receive our meal. Group in gaming area noisy, inappropriate language and disruptive on both evenings - should be more control there

Clean and tidy

They need a lift to take suitcases up to rooms. I have bad knees and a guy seen me struggling with my suitcase and offered to take it up for me. Couldnt fault any thing else

Pleasant staff, easy check in, lovely clean rooms. The only negative, no lift to the rooms, only stairs, difficult getting suitcases up and down, would be quite difficult for the elderly.

The property could use a lift even the staff mentioned this as we had to get the staff to carry our cases up and down the stairs.

Very unexpecred. It was even better than a 5☆ we recently stayed in over at Launceston
