Very nice clean room, breakfast was very good. I left our cell phone chargers in the room when we checked out. I called later that afternoon and the desk person said they would contact housekeeping. I was able to retrieve the chargers the next morning, a very BIG Thank You !!!

The staff up front were ok, not really friendly. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English really. Was hard to communicate.

Very clean and friendly stay. Only one night.

The room was comfortable, A/C was very effective. Bathroom was large and shower was very nice. The only issue we had was there was a funky aroma in the room. Like smokers had spent a weekend there and an attempt was made to cover the smell with chemicals. And the windows do not open, so we could not let fresh air in. The breakfast was as expected....adequate but not great. We found plenty to keep us satisfied. Good coffee. Parking was easy and plentiful, and it was convenient to get to from the highway. Its a few miles to "downtown" but walkable to the outlet mall. We'd stay again.

Overall stay was great, yet one of the amenities that we look at when booking a room is they need to have a pool and a hot tub. This hotel does have that BUT the water was freezing, and the hot tub water was the same temperature as the pool. What's the point of having a hot tub then? And yes, we turned the dial for the hot tub and no change.

Terrible experience. I came here for a one night stay. In the morning, I left and put the DND on my door, as my wife was still sleeping. Somebody (I am assuming room service) knocked twice at 8:55 AM, my wife yelled no thank you, and then they opened the door. Fortunately, the door stopper was there. No idea why anybody would find it reasonable to come in for cleaning on the day we are checking out on a one day stay. Complete violation of privacy, and did not pay any attention to the DND sign.

My room was comfortable and the hotel had what I needed in terms of convenience for travel, great breakfast options, and easy parking. I had some issues with noise from the rooms adjacent to mine.

Hot Breakfast was different every day and plentiful!!! Very clean.
