It's not the Drury (Which is a good thing)

Nice hotel with good dining options within walking distance. The air conditioning units do NOT work for heat. If you are traveling during the winter...not normally a problem for Tennessee, but it was below freezing this week and room never got above 65F.

Hotel front desk people were great! Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the GPS stopped was not close to the hotel. We called the front desk and they helped us find the hotel. The hotel is tucked in a little bit and the hotel sign is not positioned in a way to see the hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Easy parking. Plenty of restaurants that are walking distance. 👍

Everything was wonderful, but our bed was a little to firm for us.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The facility is in excellent condition in all aspects. The bar at the hotel was very comfortable and well stocked. Great dining options were within walking distance.

No full length mirror in room need to get dressed for wedding that was upsetting

Very relaxing, eating area very clean; pool was very nice

The night manager (Bradley) was terrific! He helped us through a difficult check-in and dislike of location of our room (lower level right next to the fitness center). We were able to move to an upper level and had no further difficulties. Michelle at the front desk during the day was also very helpful.

Property near restaurants and ease of parking. Rooms very clean. Staff very unfriendly and not accommodating at all.

Best customer service we have received in a while. Will be definitely staying there again on our next visit.
