Great place, definitely will repeat when back in AA. We loved to be close in Downtown and a beautiful room/apartment. As an opportunity for improvement: improve the cleanliness of the room walls and reduce the noise from other rooms and elevator.

The location was incredible. Everything else was lackluster. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower had a lot of hair in it. But the kicker was the window was broken and let so much freezing cold air in on a weekend when it was super cold weather (10 degrees and below) They really should not have rented out a room with that much of a issue.

Pretty cool spot, fully furnished studio apartment for the price of a cheap hotel!

Amenities are of high quality. Safe and easy to find restaurants nearby.

Pros: Easy front door access/check in Lots of space Full kitchen/appliances Responded quickly by text after providing incorrect wifi info Great location Cons: Difficult to locate from street Wifi info was wrong at first (fixed quickly) Kitchen not clean (used sponge, dirty silverware, dishes, utensils, salt/pepper shakers, olive oil spill) Bathroom towels stained Shower floor had no non-slip surface or mat and was quite slippery when wet/soapy, and the drain was directly below shower head so no where to safely stand Low shower water pressure and not very warm water No hooks in the bathroom There’s a toothbrush cup (why) that had not cleaned out in some time Very noisy (both people and HVAC system) Window blinds don’t allow for simultaneous view and privacy, only open or close Needs a coat of paint/good cleaning More hangers would be helpful

Great

The check in/out process is very strange and worrisome. I have stayed at other self check-in properties (Sonder, for example), but I have never had to submit photos of my id and payment information. Exhibit A2 also charged my credit card twice for the refundable deposit and wouldn’t allow me to check in otherwise. In addition, they allow you to request early check in, but they kept telling me to ask again in a half hour or so (I wanted to check in 30 minutes early) and eventually just stopped responding. If early check in isn’t an option, than just say so! Lastly, they send way too many texts and emails that simply provide the check in code and basic info. One or two would be sufficient. It seems they’re trying to give the illusion of being communicative without actually being so.

Very nice hotel! It is large, quiet and well-equipped.

It was a little odd to book and check-in with a hotel that had no front desk and no staff on-site. Was a little worried at first with all the info and copies of documents needed to be sent online ahead of arrival, but realized it was all the usual documents you would show in person, if there was in-person check-in. Suite was amazing and a great value!

Elevator was out when we arrived- lugged up 4 flights with suitcases, etc. BUT they fixed it by the time we arrived back from show. It happens and they jumped on it. NO COFFEE! A keurig there but no supplies. Chair in bedroom- leg loose - dangerous. But overall, considering location, price, communications, and the layout- very good stay

Not the cleanest I have stayed at, but once we changed the stained sheets we were able to look past the sticky spots on the table, the empty coffee bar, yet a moldy pod in the keurig, hair in the drawers, human and pet food still on the floor and the dirty socks after walking around. You should also plan on having toilet paper and paper towels. As we had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and NO paper towels either.

Room needs a good deep clean. Common areas very dirty or need repairs.

I had a very positive experience overall. Only drawback is the security deposit issue. Although I had already paid the deposit, I kept receiving "urging" email every single day for more than a month, I was asked to give them different bank account several times and it was very annoying. This system requires improvement. Having said that, staff's response via text message was always prompt and helpful. The location was superb and I really liked my high-ceiling room with lots of sunlight. I would definitely stay again.

It was downtown and could walk anywhere . But the hotel was not that clean and was very loud. The hall smelled like dirty feet and baby poop. Hallway also had a high stain when coming right off elevator so that first impression was not a good start.
