There are currently five Traveloka Priority tiers, which are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, & Diamond.

In order to upgrade, you have to do the required action for each tier, which are:

1. Bronze

Sign up as a Traveloka user

2. Silver

Complete 1 booking

3. Gold

Complete RM 450 worth of bookings

4. Platinum

Complete RM 3,000 worth of bookings

5. Diamond

Complete RM 30,000 worth of bookings

Your bookings will be counted as progression 7 days after it is completed — for example, after you’ve returned from your trip or checked out of your accommodations.

In order for your bookings to be counted as progression, you have to complete it first.

So, if you refund a booking, it won’t be counted as progression. However, if you reschedule a booking, it will still be counted as progression as long as you complete the booking.

Yes, you will be downgraded if you didn’t do the required action to maintain your current tier (e.g. complete RM 450 worth of bookings to remain a Gold Priority) before the tier validity period expires.

Please ensure that you log in with the same email before & after re-logging in, so the account data loaded is correct.

Tier is valid for one year starting from the date of your tier change.

No, you can only use the benefits available in the tier you’re currently in.
