The operating location is well equipped with parking space, retrieve transport, rest area at takeoff and landing field, male & female toilets. The hill is about 80km from Kuala Lumpur city or 1 hour drive through the SKVE highway.

I had to wait without any guidance, and it seemed like my name wasn’t even on the instructor's list until I contacted them a day before the event.
The ticket redemption process was poorly managed, and there were no Traveloka staff to check attendance, which left me feeling quite confused.
