We love this hotel! Dinner all you can eat was very delicious, clean and safe. Breakfast was tasty. My family like some of the breakfast items very much and we asked for some servings to go and they happily prepared them for us. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a batik shop at the lobby that sells good clothing. We will stay there again when time permits. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. From the lobby to the room was smell so good. The room is excellent with good modern interior design, huge space, and clean. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque view from our Grand Deluxe Room is perfect. The staff are helpful. Thanks to mba Heni - reservation staff, who is very nice and helpful to arrange our connecting room request. Great place to stay whenever you visit Solo, very recomended👍

-I asked for a bowl or a plate to eat because I ordered food online, wait for an hour only to receive apology that they don't have any.-Breakfast in room, taste is OK, variety is not.-Staff call me by name, not that I want to be respected, but they should have known better. I even call them “Mas/Mbak”.-Awal masuk kamar, gelap dan berdebu. Bersin-bersin, then I opened the door for minutes biar udaranya ganti.-TV gak berfungsi, gak ada channel yang nyantol jd bener-bener kresek-kresek doang.+Affordable, in city center.+Ada coffee shop, ada stall ice cream dan drinking machine.
