Stayed here for 5 nights. Great view from the room, excellent service, nice rooftop bar and splash pool, tasty breakfast, everything was good, strategic location in South Jakarta (close to 3 big malls; Pondok Indah, Lippo Mall Kemang, Pejaten Village). Definitely recommend this hotel.

I love this place. This is one of the best apartments you can get around Jakarta. I love the way they placed the bed, desk, even the smoking area. All of their staffs are kind and polite. You will enjoy the scenery and the room ambience. I am one of their happy-customers.

Actually the service that hotel given is fantastic. Fast respond. And the staff also very nice and helped. Even though in others side of problem about the room facilities need to be improved and maintain very well. We understood that pandemic condition like this. Most of facilities will be reduced. But still need to keep maintain the building facilities too. So for the next all the facilities and the room ready to use and sell with excellent condition. Anyway. Overall was good. Had a pleasant stay at Flat06 Cipete. Both type of room are well designed, they were very comfortable. The best part is the kitchen - they offer vary cooking utilities. But maybe Flat06 needs an improvement on their bathroom. It was a bit smelly. Overall, great! Planning on staying at Flat06 in the near future

Enjoyable place in jakarta! I booked 5 rooms for me and family for 2 nights. The main reason I chose this place to stay is because the rooms are spacious and equipped with a comfortable family room. Although located in the middle of the city of south jakarta, this hotel provides coolness and calmness. Swimming pool suitable for families. The hospitality of the hotel staff was good. I thank mr. Arief for accommodating my room according to my criteria and needs. I really recommend you stay here if you have a plan to visit jakarta, between short or long stay! I had amazing stay (non overnight) here. All stafs were so helpful. At first, I was so reluctant and not convinced due to many bad reviews for this property. So I decided to call prior check in and the front office offered me for showing unit. Mba Ardilla from front office was really helpful before and during my stay. They assisted and accommodate our needs very well. They also had a room service to check whether we have everything's covered. One thing I think they should improve is lighting in the hallway. It was really dark and they don't have any room directory so guest can easily lost if not being directed. Marveoulous Suite room we booked has a very large living room and nice interior as it was recently renovated. Definitely will be back again and hope to get the same service.
