2 Stars Hotels in North Maluku

Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in Ternate while seeing the mount Gamalama from the balcony (I have got upgraded room when I checked in and that's so awesome!). The gym is quite nice too, although it's not complete because it doesn't have any cable machine. My issue is the breakfast variety and quality is below average for the price and the lift door I think needs a reparation because it's opening and closing so slowly.

I recently stayed at this hotel, the only 4-star hotel in Ternate, mainly because of its convenient location and limited options in the area. While there were some positives, my overall experience was mixed. The good parts: the bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, which was a relief. These small comforts made the stay somewhat pleasant. However, there were significant drawbacks. The hotel lobby was filled with cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant and surprising for a 4-star establishment. It created a poor first impression. Additionally, the bathroom in my room was not well-maintained; It was dusty and not properly cleaned. Considering this is the best-rated hotel in Ternate, I expected better cleanliness and a smoke-free environment in the common areas. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience in the future.

Had a pleasant stay here, the service is excellent! The room is clean and the bed is comfy, it 's worth to stay.

Nice hotel but the room is very small, not normal as the price and the pictures.

More than the price! If you don't expect luxurious room nor service, this is the right place to stay! Clean enough room & bed to rest during your trip to ternate.

The price doesn't worth it with the hotel facilities.
