We chose this hotel because it is near with the church that we would like to attend on Sunday. When we arrived there, we're earlier than the schedule for check-in, yet the staff are friendly, they checked our booking and allowed us to do check in, even they upgrade the room with the one that has balcony. We have no difficulties, everything went well. Thank you.
My stay with Acacia had been good all these years. Even my relatives stay here. However, my customer experience had been tainted with a not so good experience when because of the flooding, I had to extend my stay. The hotel was charging me 3x more than what I paid for. This even if I showed them what I paid for at Traveloka. I found this incredibly disappointing that I moved to another hotel nearby. In other countries, they match lower priced sites but here, they would rather lose a customer and increase their price to piss off a loyal customer? Not a very good move.
We had an amazing stay at Vivere Hotel. Our room was upgraded to suite so it was even better! The only issue we've noticed is the weak flush pressure but other than that, all equipment and things in the room are okay. It 's perfect for a relaxing staycation within Metro Manila.
Check-in time is 2pm and I arrived at the hotel at 8pm however I had to wait for them to have an available room for me. This was a very disappointing experience. After my long trip, I was tired and hungry so I was anticipating to rest in my hotel room as soon as possible which I have booked in advance. It is quite unacceptable for them to be unprepared or to be unaware about their booked guests.
